While several software tools have been developed to assist in analysis, there is still a lack of a focused and integrated solution for several of specific research goals. One such goal is molecular diagnostics of Breast Cancer (BC), the most common malignancy in females. In this paper we present, describe, and evaluate experimentally— on real data—part of a software pipeline we have designed, and are implementing, specifically aimed at assisting in BC diagnostics. This paper proposes a discrete cosine transform (DCT) with embedded watermark using QR Code for authentication of data center. In a traditional QR Code, the plaintext is converted to the image. However, the watermarking based DCT provides more security in authentication since the ciphertext is converted to the image. The experiment tested with 100 users, each user is authenticated for 5 times in two data centers. The proposed model relies on the hypergraph data structure to capture and represent in a simple way all the different kinds of relationships that are typical of social media networks, and in particular among multimedia contents, users and multimedia content and users themselves. We also introduce some user and multimedia ranking functions to enable different applications. Moreover, online shop owners need to hold various types of sales frequently throughout the year to keep customers coming back. Also, online shopping systems have to adapt to its circumstances such as customers' needs and the surrounding economic situations. To cope with this, a self-organized IoT aware system is proposed. Here, awareness is achieved by monitoring / analyzing the data of user's behavior such as gazing, listening, smelling etc. The focus here is the analysis of such as users' eye gaze, listening /smelling activity etc. The aim is to derive insights about products the user is interested in or not and to adapt the system accordingly. Most of them survive by selling lottery tickets but it is difficult for the visually impaired to know the digits on a lottery ticket or the results. This paper presents an algorithm to recognize lottery digits and development of an application to read and check the lottery digits. This is achieved by using the Tesseract OCR engine in a mobile application. The procedure includes the following, adaptive thresh holding, connected component analysis, location of text lines and digits, recognition of digits pass 1 and pass 2. The operation of the application will result in 6 digits scanned from the lottery ticket. Then each generated digit will be played through a prerecorded voice. The results of Alpha and Beta testing with 100 sample tickets showed efficacy of recognition and prize checking at 98.05% and 100% respectively. Prediction is primarily necessary task to prevention of that life-threatening risk. In this study the full-band and further sub-band entropies of eight evenly separated frequency bands of 625 Hz estimated from the female voiced segments were computationally extracted and consequently used to form the parameter models for between-group classifications. The average of correct classification is considered to be fairly high when training a ML classifier with the 35% of extracted sample database and testing it again with the rest of sample database. Aiming at computer-aided drawing therapy, this paper deals with an image processing technique for extracting the whole region which represents the contents from a pastel drawing. A handwritten pastel drawing often has a distinguishing feature of coarse textures, which make the image segmentation by simple thresholding difficult. Also, the picture contents of a drawing can be usually interpreted in various ways. Considering these points leads to a method for determining the whole region of picture contents in a pastel drawing image so that the requirements of the practice of drawing therapy can be met. In the method, first, painted pixels are obtained by thresholding. Then, the set of the pixels are fused by morphological processing, and thereby the region boundary is closed. The method has variables in each processing so that the resulting region can be varied. Recently, HL7 has defined the new standard FHIR in response to limitations existing in HL7 V2 and V3. In Italy, CDA 2 is the reference standard for the storage of clinical documents. In order to encourage FHIR widespread getting its benefits, we propose an architectural model able to i) receive a query about clinical data contained in a CDA document, ii) identify required information, and iii) present it as a FHIR resource, on the basis of several CDA to FHIR mapping schemas. We focus on the information extraction from the Italian Patient Summary, a collection of the patient's most significant clinical data. The main goal is to design a computational method to objectively predict the human perceived quality of a distorted mesh and deal with the practical situation when the reference is not available. In this work, we design a no reference method that relies on the general regression neural network (GRNN). Our network is trained using the mean curvature which is an important perceptual feature representing the visual aspect of a 3D mesh.
