Starting from a theoretical analysis on the shift from the idea of a collection-oriented museum to that of a visitor-oriented one, we shall illustrate a storytelling approach based on, and using, Immersive Visitor Engagement Technology. We shall also describe a series of practical examples and case histories of ETT projects in the museum sector.
