Like wise with the change of a region as a phenomenon that can not be avoided by any country in the world. Many researchers who try to review more about the phenomenon of change as a form of adaptation or adjustment to the new environment. However, in developing an area many factors must be considered. When a previous area has a high historical value, the change becomes a technical matter that requires a thorough study. Like this study by Gergely Horryn et al (2017). In this study, Gergely Horryn et al tried to make an alternative hostels design for the development of the Budapest, Hungary region. Given the high historical value of this city, the authors use the method of comparing literature with design feedback from field observations. The design changes were made based on consideration of the historical value of the city, the interior of the room, and the shape of the building to be displayed. Mancingan is one of the areas in Tampaksiring that has a huge natural tourism potential. Many domestic and foreign tourists travel to Tampaksiring, because they offer natural tourism based on local wisdom which is their own characteristic. This potential is a very potential thing to be utilized by the local community to improve the level of the family's economy while still preserving the Balinese tradition. In Tampaksiring there are still not many accommodation facilities, so it is a huge opportunity for local people to take advantage of these conditions. Generally the land from local people's houses is very wide and there is a lot of empty space, this is because it is still thick with the application of the Traditional Balinese Architecture concept which is characterized by this. Residential dwellings can be used with special planning to be used as a residence as well as functioning as a rental room. Circulation planning absolutely must be the main consideration to determine the zoning of the spaces in it to have optimal privacy and comfort. The position of the bedroom is good for family use or rented absolutely must get a positive view, as well as natural lighting and air to maximize the potential of the site into the building. Likewise for the concept of Traditional Balinese Architecture in the form of Natah as open space which is the center of the orientation of the building is still applied in this residence, because it is a source of strength from the environment itself. In designing the appearance of the building also still refers to the Traditional Balinese Architecture, namely the concept of Tri Angga which divides the building imaginatively into Legs, Bodies, and Heads. Three profiles that represent Local Topography is selected based on the height of the different places, profile (N-1) with an altitude of 850 metres above sea level, profile (N-2) with an altitude of 540 metres above sea level, and the profile (N-1) h with an altitude of 200 metres above sea level. A third profile is have the same slope direction that is the direction the southern slope.Parent material formed in the area of research is derived from volcanic material, namely tuff deposits of lava and Vulcan of Buyan and Beratan, Batur, Ancient. Research areas included in the climate type A (very wet). The process of genesis of soils that occur in research is to the top slopes are experiencing a process of erosion, the middle slopes of the transport process and foot slopes of the deposition process.Third that profile has undergone a process of horisonisasi. The level of development of land is at the stage of virile. The characteristics of the soil a bit sour, cation exchange capacity of low to medium, base saturation is low to moderate, organic material is very low to low, the texture of the sand very clay to clay. Types of minerals found in the third profile dominated by halloysite minerals.Based on the results of research affect soil properties that are formed. On the top slopes are formed very deep in the depths of the solum 177 centi metres, middle slopes formed solum in depth 153 centi metres and foot slopes formed a shallow at a depth of solum 137 centi metres. This research was a case study research using descriptive data analysis method, where this method was used to explain a phenomenon that occurs. The object of this research was the art craft industry in Tegallalang Village, Gianyar Regency. Based on the results of field surveys and literature studies, one of the factors that inhibits the empowerment of small craft industries in Bali and Indonesia in general is the lack of modern integrated management to support productivity and innovation in production. The situation that has occurred until now is that there has not been a comprehensive arrangement of the various components that drive small industries. The handicraft industry that mushroomed in Tegallang Village faced a variety of serious problems related to capital, marketing, and the innovations of the production of cepuk woven fabrics themselves. As a handicraft business, the absorption of labor is actually very large. Many rural residents still rely on this craft industry. But the problem of marketing this handicraft is still a problem that is not maximally developed. Based on these problems as for the strategy carried out is by implementing cooperation with partners, one of which is the Bali Partner Institute. Mitra Bali plays a strategic role as a facilitator in empowering craftsmen and developing their entrepreneurial spirit. Craftsmen are motivated to continue to produce designs for handicraft products, market their products overseas, and continually find ways to promote domestic and foreign promotions for their handicraft products. This condition is certainly very conducive for craftsmen to continue to develop their businesses. This research was a case study. Data obtained from observations and interviews. The data analyzed is a pre-existing customer service scheduling system. The scheduling system obtained will be analyzed further by using Welch Powell's algorithm to solve problems related to the formation of mobile selling teams and its schedule. Before being analyzed using the Welch Powell algorithm, the scheduling system is represented in graph form. There was a Welch Powell algorithm that is 1) Sort the vertices of G in decreasing degrees; 2) Use one color to color the first node (which has the highest degree) and other vertices that do not match the first node; 3) Start again with the next highest degree node in the ordered list that has not been colored and repeat the process of node transfer using the second color. Based on the results of the analysis, the number of existing customer services can be formed into three teams with alternating mobile selling schedules in one week. This is more efficient than the previous scheduling system that determined the mobile selling team based on the employee's work shift. Beside that, parents don’t want their kids follows their job as red brick producer. They want their kids have a good job in a big company. Red brick production also give a bad impact to environment. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan wilayah di kabupaten Bangli berdampak positif terhadap perekonomian masyarakat namun juga berdampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Alih fungsi lahan menjadi salah satu isu negatif dari perkembangan wilayah Kabupaten Bangli. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menghitung besarnya perubahan fungsi lahan yang terjadi dalam kurun waktu 17 tahun (1997 – 2014) di kabupaten Bangli.Citra Landsat 5 TM, Landsat 7 ETM+ dan Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peta penggunaan lahan. Peta penggunaan lahan diperoleh melalui proses klasifikasi citra dengan menggunakan metode supervised kemudian diverifikasi menggunakan data lapangan. Teknik klasifikasi supervised terbagi menjadi 9 klas yaitu danau, lahan kosong, hutan, pemukiman, semak belukar, sawah irigasi, sawah tadah hujan, tegalan, dan perkebunan. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan perubahan penggunaan lahan pada tahun 1997 - 2003 yakni danau bertambah 3,60(0,00%), pemukiman (2.777,00 ha (5,32%)), dan tegalan bertambah (1.866,80 ha (35,84%)) sedangkan lahan kosong (-99,00 ha (-0,19%)), hutan (-223,90 ha (-4,29%)), semak belukar (-629,10 ha (-1,21%)), sawah irigasi (-679,50 ha (-1,30%)), sawah tadah hujan (-515,70 ha (-0,99%)) dan tegalan (-17.287,20 ha (-33,19%)) cenderung berkurang. Ditahun 2003 - 2014 yakni yang mengalami perubahan besar adalah perkebunan (918,90 ha (1,76%)), kemudian pemukiman (569,70 ha (1,09%)), lahan kosong (36,00 ha (0,07%)), semak belukar (91,80 ha (0,18%)), dan sawah tadah hujan (502,20 ha (0,96%)), sedangkan yang berkurang danau (-6,30 ha (-0,01%)), hutan (-0,60 ha (0,00%)), sawah irigasi (-540,00 ha (-1,04%)), dan tegalan (-1.571,70 ha (-3,02%)). Hasil prediksi ini diperoleh dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 89,45%.
