Although the Denpasar City Government has tried to direct and organize the environment through spatial planning, however the direction of development and the growth of buildings has not been directed yet and is developing very sporadically towards all parts of the city. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with a rationalistic approach based on reality in the field with primary data obtained from observations, documentation in the form of images of community behavior towards public spaces in city housing. These insects suck the small fruit so the fruit will dry up and fruit growth is inhibited. Inappropriate use of synthetic insecticides will have a bad impact. Local Microorganisms is fermented solution made from the materials around us. The aim of this study giving farmers an understanding of the purpose, benefits and mechanism for using green Local Microorganisms to reduce the impact of using chemical pesticides. Nevertheless, the customs and traditions of Balinese Culture and local wisdom must still be preserved. Sanur Village is one of the tourist destinations in Bali which is very well known to foreign countries with its traditions and natural beauty. Sanur is a tourist area where most of the local people become tourism operators. The houses where people live are traditional and religious places of activity, as well as being a place of business in tourism or supporting tourism facilities. For example, it is used for homestays including supporting facilities, such as restaurants, spas, loundries, bicycles or motorbike rental, and also cooperation as promotion agents for other tourist attractions. For this reason, a planned arrangement is needed in the form of a master plan from the area of the resident's house so that it remains private to be occupied with the family, that is, as a place to live as well as a place to perform traditional ceremonies /events, and also to have privacy for guests who stay overnight. Sanur Homestay is one of the many homestays in Sanur that is owned and managed by the local community. With a fairly large area of land like most house land in the village, the arrangement of the building is still not optimal, where the owner's activity and circulation still mingle with the guests' activities and circulation. Likewise for the standard of accommodation facilities it still needs to be added to maximize services. Planning is done by collecting site and existing buildings data, then grouping which buildings are permanent and which ones are suitable for renovation. Then designed new facilities in the form of buildings for homestays, restaurants, spas, front offices, service areas, and site management in the form of swimming pools and open spaces. The numbers of accommodations in Kuta Selatan, from 2018 data, are 329 non-star hotel, 33 five star hotels, 12 four star hotels, 12 three star hotels, 12 four star hotels and approximately 150 private villas (BPS,2019). Daily operation of hotels produces hazardous waste such as electronic waste, LED light, oil and chemical containers. Electronic waste is content with heavy metal such as mercury, lead, lithium and cadmium. Hazardous wastes that are released into the environment without any treatment can be harmful for public health. The purpose of this research is to know how far tourism industries, especially hotels and private villas, have implemented the requirements for hazardous waste management. Hazardous waste management consists of permits, container, storage, collection and treatment. Permits and temporary hazardous waste storage are mandatory requirements for hotels to have as a first step of the whole process of hazardous waste management. Based on the data collection from 150 samples, we are shown that 70% of hotels with a capacity of 300-400 rooms already have hazardous waste temporary storage as well as the permit. With smaller scale hotels, only 50% already have hazardous waste temporary storage, as well as the permit. This research was a qualitative research. The object of research was the route of shipping goods of a business that is engaged in printing and convection. The algorithms compared in this study were Cheapest Insertion Heuristic (CIH) and Greedy algorithms. Both algorithms have advantages and disadvantages in finding the shortest route. From the results of the analysis using these two algorithms, the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic (CIH) and Greedy algorithm can provide almost the same optimization results. The difference was only the selection of the journey. The strength of the Greedy algorithm was that the calculation steps are simpler than the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic (CIH) algorithm. While the disadvantage of the Greedy algorithm was that it is inappropriate to find the shortest route with a relatively large number of places visited. The advantage of the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic (CIH) algorithm was that this algorithm is still stable, used for the relatively large number of places visited. In implementing the Jumeirah Resort Pecatu Graha Bali Development Project, researchers focused their research on soft landscaping work. The role of project management in controlling the implementation time is to obtain a good way or technique to be applied so that limited resources can be managed so as to obtain effective and efficient results due to well-ordered arrangements.The \"S\" curve is one of the techniques for controlling project progress by using a combination of the \"S\" curve and the milestone. After looking at the schedule of plans and comparing with progress in the field, there are very significant delays in work on: (a) Groundcover work, when viewed from February 2019 time schedule groundcover work should have been completed, but progress data in the field in that month only reached 30.92%; (b) Shrubs work, if seen from March 2019 time schedule shrubs work should have been completed, but progress data in the field in that month only reached 35.86%; (c) Palms work, if seen from April 2019 time schedule palms work should have reached the final stage of work, but progress data in the field in that month only reached 43.69%. Existing data showed that condition is well with not too long differential, over all setting on the Overcurrent Relay (OCR) – Ground Fault Relay (GFR) in the field is well. From calculated result can be seem that current of short circuit disturb is influenced by distance between disturbance points. Using over current relay has important purpose in the protection of electricity system. The qualification need setting minimum time of over current relay in the feeder not less than 0.3 second. This consider to the relay will not in trip condition in rush current from distribution transformator that has been connected in the distribution system when the feeder starts operated. Starting time for relay in the feeder is faster than work time in the incoming side with average time about 0.4 second for one phase disturbance side.
