Many factors affect the profits of a business, among them, the cost of production, operating costs, selling price, the number of penjulan and others. This study aims to analyze the maximum profit on a business theoretically. This research is a qualitative research using case study method. In this case, the researcher takes the sales data of Cahaya Bintang which is a business in the field of printing. The object of research is the advantage of selling business card and invoice book. Maximum profit will be analyzed by using derivative concept. The steps taken in determining the maximum benefit using the concept of derivatives are: 1) Determine the function of cost, demand function, acceptance function and profit function; 2) Define the first derivative of the profit function; 3) Determining the critical point of the first derivative of the profit function; 4) Analysis of critical point by using second derivative. Based on the results of the analysis using the concept of derivatives, sales of business card and invoice book will achieve maximum profits if the company is able to sell 309 boxes per month and for invoice book of 199 rim per month. Sales of business cards and invoice book in the previous month were below the maximum value determined based on the analysis results. This research was done to design and make a metronome which is AT89S51 microcontroller based, so we can analyze the time period counting for every beat within tempo.The method that has been used in this research is books evaluating with studied everything which are connected with AT89S51 microcontroller, seven segment display, LCD, keypad 3X4 and buzzer. Seven segment display as an output to display number 1,2,3 and 4 according to its turn. LCD has a function as an output to display the tempo category, so that the user can know the tempo chosen on the keypad. Keypad 3X4 is used as an input to arrange the tempo. Buzzer will produce “beep” sound when the seven segment display turn on. Next, the methods is followed by block diagram design and components scheme, instrument and software BASCOM making, also tested the components series to know was it work as its function or no.This metronome has already worked as the initial plan. This tool has the same precise of time period counting between the first and furthermore. Based on the rules refers to comfort the ory as the data sampling, the data that is used to identify taken from the advertisement located at Teuku Umar street Denpasar. As for the type of advertisement that is covers in identification and observation, is in the form of standard advertisement which is specially arranged for the purpose of introducing goods, consumen service through media. The aims is to stimulating motives and people’s interest. Data collection is done from various advertising installation, which is attached or detached from the building such as billboard or videotron. Industry 4.0 says the era of technology disruption because of automation and connectivity in a field will make the movement of the industrial world and work competition to be non-linear. Industry players can’t be separated from the internet. All objects are equipped with sensor-assisted technology devices and are able to communicate themselves with information technology systems. This phenomenon then raises the concern that in the era of disruption of human role as the driving force of an industry will be shifted by the presence of smart robots. Humans are no longer dependent on other humans or natural resources, but depend on artificial intelligence products. Based on this, the authors make a qualitative descriptive study that raises the phenomenon of industry in Indonesia, the extent to which 4.0 industry is already known by the people of Indonesia, as well as what opportunities can be utilized by industry players to face the era of digitalization industry. In this study it can be seen that the era of industry 4.0 can be seen as a big enough opportunity for the development of industrial world, because it created equal opportunity for industry players in creating an innovation and at the same time marketing a product. The research method used for AHP (Analytic Hirarchy Process) process with Expert Choice and AHP (Analitic Hirarchy Process) with CDP (Criterium Decision Plus). In this study, AHPIC to determine the value of each factor affecting the spatial DKI Jakarta with modeling structure. The criteria are determined by three aspects, ecological aspects and social aspects. While the subcriteria can be seen in each criterion. There are three alternatives, namely MRT (Mass Rapid Transit), flood handling with BKB (West Canal Flood) and BKT (East Canal Flood), and Eco-city. In line with AHP, look for influencing aspects in spatial planning, namely the ecological aspect of 0.540. This is the most important aspect to realize a sustainable spatial, followed by economic aspects with quality improvement for aspects. Work systems that are not ergonomic in a company such as ways, attitudes and work positions will affect productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of workers in completing their work. In the dodol wrapping section of SMEs ria shows that there is a discrepancy between work facilities used by workers in the dodol packaging section is not in accordance with the anthropometry of the worker's body causing complaints of pain in workers this is indicated in the results of the body map questionnaire conducted after the completion of work 100% of workers feel very painful complaints on the shoulders, neck, back, waist, buttocks, buttocks, knees, calves, legs, and arms. 100% do not feel pain in elbows and hands. All the pain felt by these workers is caused by working cross-legged sitting on the floor and bowing for a long time. Therefore, the design and implementation of work facilities are carried out in accordance with the anthropometry of workers in the form of desks and work chairs. The design was taken from the anthropometric measurements of workers, the anthropometric data of the workers taken for the design of work facilities was the 50-th percentile. After the implementation of ergonomic work facilities, there was a reduction of complaints to the workers after they finished working. 70% of workers felt the pain and 30% felt pain in the neck, shoulders, arms, back, waist, buttocks, buttocks. 80% of workers suffer from pain and 20% pain in arms, wrists, thighs, buttocks, knees, calves and legs.
