Among them, genetic algorithm (GA) is the earliest and most mature optimization algorithm, and has been well applied in solving weapon target assignment (WTA) problem. In this paper, the implementation of GA is introduced. Aiming at the defect that traditional GA is easy to fall into local optimum, a fitness function control strategy based on scale transformation and a matching control strategy based on difference matching principle are proposed. One challenge for efficient explorations is to deal with noise in the reinforcement learning (RL), namely parametric uncertainty and intrinsic uncertainty. Researchers pointed out that intrinsic uncertainty may cause disaster to many common exploration strategies. The paper investigates an information-directed exploration strategy: Information Directed Sampling (IDS), which has been extended to general RL setting due to its merit of modeling both parametric uncertainty and intrinsic uncertainty. A modified version based on existing framework was proposed. Modified and original IDS were compared with in two Atari games: Asterix and Gravitar. It was observed that under the similar computational cost, modified method outperformed the original version in Asterix, and performed slightly worse in Gravitor but with much lower variance. However, one of the challenges is to accurately locate every component image into right positions in the resultant image. This locating process performs many times in multi-image mosaic. Apart from the first image, before locating any component image, an image that has already been located should be chosen as a reference image. A novel method named Reference Image Optimization (RIO) is proposed in this paper to select reference image in multi-image mosaic to reduce mosaic errors, where SIFT and RANSAC algorithms are applied to obtain the matched feature point pairs for every two-image mosaics, and the image with the largest number of matched feature point pairs at a particular range of direction relative to the locating image is chosen as the optimal reference image. In this paper, farmland is used as an application scenario to validate the method. The trait of farmland UAV aerial images is that there is a high similarity among different images, so mosaic error often appears when using traditional methods. The proposed method automatically stitches hundreds of high-resolution farmland UAV aerial images into a complete and seamless large image without resolution loss. Given that the traditional indoor locating systems, which are largely based on positioning technologies such as WiFi and radar, performed unsatisfactorily in terms of cost and, the most vital, accuracy.The Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) has become the core of the Internet of Things and has been widely utilized to tackle the difficulties in the indoor location during the past ten years. The present study analyzed and compared the working principles, research status, and the pros and cons of several commonly used wireless sensors, and drew a conclusion that single indoor locating technology inevitably comes with corresponding limitations, which can be solved through the combination of multiple complementary locating technology. This paper employed UWB and BLE as the subsystems of the indoor combination locating system, analyzed and optimized the respective locating algorithm model of each subsystem, and proposes an optimization model for combination locating algorithm based on EKF-PF, to enhance the accuracy. In this paper, we propose a recognition model based on ellipse skin color, and improved Deep Residual Learning network for gesture recognition. By utilizing the clustering effect of skin color in YCbCr color space, we segment CbCr two-dimensional space based on the elliptical skin color model to hand gesture. To further improve performance, the mathematical morphology with logic operation is proposed to assist hand gesture segmentation. Lastly, the Deep Residual Learning architecture is used to increase the width of the network and the channel attention mechanism. In the process of neural network learning, the algorithm can adjust the learning rate adaptively according to the error value between the frequency response of neural network output and the ideal frequency response, so that the algorithm can avoid the slow convergence or oscillation caused by fixed learning rate. In this paper, four FIR digital filter design examples are given. We proposed a CSI indoor positioning method based on fuzzy and fuzzy degradation molecular space: first, the whole location space is divided into a certain intersecting subspace, and then based on the status of the realtime CSI sample, the weight of the fingerprint matching algorithm is set, and the fingerprint matching and positioning are completed in the subspace. The method first uses the ALBERT pre-training model to pre-train the Chinese location information to obtain the context information in all layers, enhance the semantic representation ability of the Chinese location information, and then extract the feature information of the vector through the BiLSTM model, and finally decode it through the CRF model to obtain the global Optimal labeling sequence. Experimental results show that on the basis of different numbers and regions of Chinese location information data sets, the ALBERT-BiGRU-CRF model has better word segmentation accuracy and F1 value on all test sets than the current commonly used neural network models, and the highest can be achieved. 93.91% and 93.96%. In this paper, the CGH40010F produced by Cree is used to design a dual-band amplifier which can work at 1.57/2.44GHz simultaneously. In this paper, T - type network is added on the basis of the traditional II matching network to realize the impedance rotation of the matched frequency band and expand the bandwidth of the dual frequency amplifier. The simulation results of the dual-band amplifier show that the PAE of the dual-band amplifier reaches 58.5% and 59.2%, the output power reaches 39.96dBm and 40.07dBm, and the gain is 12.4dB and 12.9dB respectively.
