To solve this problem, a shallow sea image enhancement method with underwater imaging system is proposed. Firstly, taking the 3C-HF (Color Channel Compensation-Homomorphic Filtering) algorithm aims to remove the image uneven and dimness, which equilibrate with the original image from underwater equipment. Secondly, the preliminary enhancement images perform gamma correction and contrast limited adaptive histogram equalization (CLAHE) to become the fusion image. Meanwhile, the weights of these fusion images are defined to reduce the influence of edge, color and contrast on image fusion. To avoid the artifacts in the low frequency component of the reconstructed image caused by the sharp weighted image transition, a multi-scale fusion method is adopted. This method can not only improve the contrast of underwater images and reduce the problem of scattering and blurring, but also overcome the problem of color distortion. Based on performance evaluation model, science research managers can explore whether each research team has accomplished the expected goals on time, and adjust the corresponding management policies based on the evaluation results. However, traditional scientific research evaluation models emphasize the counts of the results of scientific research only from the perspective of outputs, and ignore the relation between inputs and outputs, which easily leads to biased and unfair results. In this paper, the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model is proposed to evaluate the performance of scientific activities, which emphasizes the relation between inputs and outputs. Finally, based on the proposed DEA model, 41 research teams in a university are evaluated as empirical examples. The results show that the differences of research performance among the research teams are obvious. Not only can it provide more DOF, but its difference co-array is a hole-free ULA. Based on the above excellent characteristics, the subspace algorithm is employed for DOA estimation. Aiming at the problem,a GNSS signal acquisition algorithm based on stochastic resonance(SR) is proposed. A previous study has shown that SR technique provides a new perspective to detect weak signals and it can be applied to GNSS signals.Firstly, the method uses frequency compensation and coherent filtering to increase signal power. Secondly, the delay and multiplication algorithm is used to acquire pseudo-random(PRN) code. Therefore, GNSS signal can be processed to get periodic signal. Finally, the Doppler frequency shift can be obtained by twice sampling and adaptive processing. In this process, the problem of poor stability and adaptability of SR acquisition is solved. The effectiveness of our proposed method was verified by the simulations. For effectively analyzing AIS data, this paper designs and implements a web ship dynamic map system based on AIS data. This system consists of data layer, data service layer, business logic layer and presentation layer. Data layer realizes data storage through big data technology and relational database. The data service layer provides data through GeoServer and Spring Dao technology. The business logic layer realizes business logic through Spring Boot, which converts the data into JSON format and provides it to the presentation layer. The presentation layer realizes map display through Openlayers.
