Due to the limitations of geological conditions and the requirements of the track itself, the construction of the track often encounters various complex address and construction safety issues, which poses a safety hazard to the construction and operation. This paper aims to study the safety evaluation of track engineering and GIS management system under the computer environment. After analyzing the characteristics of track engineering, the necessity of track safety evaluation, and the GA-BP algorithm improved based on neural network algorithm, the algorithm is used in construction operations. The adaptability in the scene was tested, and then the algorithm was sent to the GIS management system, and the system was tested for its functionality. The verification results showed that the GIS management system has realized early warning, alarm and monitoring functions, and can drive vehicles. This paper proposes a random forest optimization matrix model algorithm for analog circuit fault diagnosis. The method based on random forest algorithm, on the basis of through three incentive to establish a special optimization matrix model. When the circuit failure occurs, as the excitation input and output response matrix elements in the change. According to the optimization of matrix model, and the characteristics of random forest algorithm, using multidimensional vector can have different effective characteristics. The optimization of matrix model is combined with bagging and decision trees, can accurate single fault and multiple faults of analog circuit fault diagnosis research. Compared with other types of artificial intelligence algorithms, the optimized matrix random forest algorithm can meet the requirements of both feature extraction and effective classification. However, most of them are performed in the time domain, and there are relatively few algorithms for quantum image watermarking in the transform domain. This paper proposes a quantum image watermarking technology based on quantum D4 wavelet transform, which specifically includes several aspects. Combining quantum wavelet transform and controlled-rotating gate, this paper proposed a quantum image watermarking algorithm for the modified flexible representation of quantum images (FRQIM) and the normal arbitrary superposition state (NASS). Firstly, the wavelet coefficients of the image are obtained by quantum wavelet transform, then the rotating gate is designed by the information of the watermark image, then the embedding position of the watermark image information is controlled by the controlled gate, and finally the watermark information is embedded in the carrier image by the controlled-rotating gate. This scheme makes full use of the parallelism of quantum computing and can operate on two images at the same time. The simulation results show that for different image combinations, the embedded image is not significantly different from the original image. Using ubiquitous commercial Wi-Fi devices to collect information, behavior detection can be performed in an indoor environment without carrying other devices. The Wi-Fi based abnormal behavior detection for the elderly proposed in this paper is aimed at the fall and wandering behaviors that the elderly are prone to. At the same time, squatting and sitting behaviors those are similar to the fall behaviors are distinguished. Several classical classification models are used to compare the effect and recognition time. So, in this paper, we research spectrum allocation problems in a wireless system. 1)we research some algorithms such as Simultaneous Water-Filling (SWF), fractional frequency reuse FFR. To increase the capacity or enhance the performance and achieve a good user experience, and improve spectral efficiency interference management, techniques like FFR or SWF with enhanced scheduling strategies are proposed. They are important and efficient in spectrum allocation. 2)We propose a method named SWF+FFR, which can improve the wireless system's capacity and improve the efficiency of the spectrum. In our method, the resource allocation in FFR is done for the users in the cell center (full reuse). As for users in the cell range expansion (partial reuse) regions, they depend on the optimum post processing signal to interference plus noise ratio threshold with different schedulers in the two regions.
