After analyzing the characteristics of track engineering, the necessity of track safety evaluation, and the GA-BP algorithm improved based on neural network algorithm, the algorithm is used in construction operations. The adaptability in the scene was tested, and then the algorithm was sent to the GIS management system, and the system was tested for its functionality. The verification results showed that the GIS management system has realized early warning, alarm and monitoring functions, and can drive vehicles. Abstract
