The simulation results of the dual-band amplifier show that the PAE of the dual-band amplifier reaches 58.5% and 59.2%, the output power reaches 39.96dBm and 40.07dBm, and the gain is 12.4dB and 12.9dB respectively. 摘要

反无人机技术的发展要求在传输链路末端使用高效的多频段功率放大器(PA)。本文采用Cree公司生产的CGH40010F设计了一个同时工作在1.57/2.44GHz的双频放大器。本文在传统II匹配网络的基础上增加了T型网络,实现了匹配频段的阻抗旋转,扩大了双频放大器的带宽。仿真结果表明,双频放大器的PAE分别达到58.5%和59.2%,输出功率分别达到39.96dBm和40.07dBm,增益分别为12.4dB和12.9dB。两个工作频段的带宽可达80MHz,满足反无人机系统的需求。
