Author of the study analyzes folk songs (ca dao) about the Moon, the Sun, stars and constellations, as well as about mythical characters associated with astral myths. Folk songs are cited in Vietnamese language and accompanied by a Russian translation made by the author of the research. Moon imagery is widely represented in Vietnamese folk poetry, as the Moon is associated with the time when love songs are sung. There are both autochthonous Vietnamese and Chinese images. Some of the images of the Chinese origin are very popular as God of marriage Nguyet Lao, the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl. Other Sinitic images as stars Sam and Thuong are rare and rather literary. It is shown that for the first time as a result of a large-scale anti-corruption campaign a member of the Big Four was was dismissed, however, in general, there are no reasons for major changes in Vietnams foreign and domestic policy, as well as in relation to major foreign players and investors. According to the author, Vietnam, after top-level personnel rotation, will continue stable relations with foreign partners in the traditional more friends, less enemies format, and in domestic politics, the implementation of the decisions of the XIII Congress of the CPV will be continued. It is concluded that regular resignations and bringing to justice of compromised high-ranking officials and representatives of big business allow to maintain controllability of the country and high authority of the central apparatus of the CPV, which leads the process. Then, the research underlines some note-worthy impacts of specific current geographical issues on Vietnams and regional economy. By stating and analyzing these issues, the evaluation of the government's economic policies in response can be further clarified. Tran Thu Do, de-facto the founder of the Tran dynasty, attempted to construct such a system of power succession in the scope of a ruling family (intra-kin marriages, new emperors appointments long before their fathers deaths, widowed empresses being sent to nunneries) which could have excluded such an opportunity. The system peacefully existed longer than a century, and crashed. The analysis of the Complete Annals of Dai Viet and Chinese chronicles shows that the Coup of 1370 was the crucial event in that process. All the chronicles consider it to be supposedly a successful repulse of the attempt to seize power by the Duong House, strange to the Tran dynasty. In those three ideological systems, Buddhism and Confucianism are very easy to evaluate and comment on, because the two religions have been used by the feudal Vietnamese dynasties and respect is the national religion; such as Buddhism under the Ly Dynasty and Tran Dynasty; Confucianism under the Le Dynasty and Nguyen Dynasty. Particularly for Taoism, its influence was mainly on the folk, living with the common class in society. To consider correctly, few documents can be as authentic as Confucianism and Buddhism, when the activities of these two religions were well documented. However, the influence of Taoism on Vietnamese culture is undeniable. Burova","doi":"10.54631/vs.2022.64-114860","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.54631/vs.2022.64-114860","url":null,"abstract":"The article provides an overview of the round table held by CIVAS RAS ICCA together with scientists from the VASS Institute for European Studies to discuss the results of the decade-long comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and Vietnam, as well as an international conference of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the same Vietnamese partner dedicated to Russian-Vietnamese cooperation in the era of sanctions. Vietnamese scientists are convinced that mutual relations are being strengthened and improved, and interaction is developing in all areas. Russian scientists are more critical. They noted the decline in Russian influence in Vietnam in all areas, which worsened after the start of the NWO. A particularly weak point is trade and economic cooperation. The causes of this phenomenon were analyzed and measures were proposed to correct the situation.
