Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada kantor Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Kabupaten Majene. Waktu penelitian dilakukan bulan Mei 2021. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai yang berada pada kantor Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Kabupaten Majene selaku Pokja dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa dan Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 71 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan pelatihan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Kabupaten Majene, sedangkan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Kabupaten Majene 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Kabupaten Majene 3) Variabel penggunaan teknologi informasi yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Kabupaten Majene \u0000 \u0000This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of the use of information technology, training and competence on the performance of the employees of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) in Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant variable affecting the performance of the employees of the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) in Majene Regency. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi 46, Penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 46 orang dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Program SPSS versi 22.0. \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat Pengaruh positif Kepemimpinan namun tidak siknifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. 2) Terdapat Pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kompetensi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. 3) Terdapat Pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. 4) Terdapat Pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi dan Motivasi secara bersama sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. 5) Variabel Motivasi yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. \u0000 \u0000This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, competence and motivation on employee performance at the Pitu Riase District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and explain the factors that have a dominant influence on employee performance at the Pitu Riase District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. \u0000This research approach uses quantitative research. Salah satu faktor agar mereka dapat bertahan dan memenangkan persaingan adalah menetapkan persepsi harga yang baik dan kualitas pelayanan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan seberapa besar pengaruh faktor persepsi harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan atau siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Uji instrumen menggunakan Uji Validitas dan Realibilitas. Dan pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan Uji T, Uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Alat yang digunakan pada untuk menguji penelitian ini adalah aplikasi SPPS for Windows. Data-data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas dan realibilitas diolah sehingga menghasilkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut : Y = 4,445 + 0,453(X1) + 0,323(X2). Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen yang diteliti terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel dependen kepuasan pelanggan. Kemudian melalui uji F dapat diketahui bahwa kedua variabel independen yang diteliti secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen kepuasan siswa. Angka Adjust R Square sebesar 0,575 atau sama dengan 57,5%. Artinya kepuasan pelanggan dijelaskan dengan menggunakan variabel persepsi harga dan kualitas pelayanan. Sedangkan sisanya 42,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. \u0000 \u0000Currently, there are so many tutors that compete with each other in the competition by creating their respective advantages so that they can survive and win the competition. One of the factors so that they can survive and win the competition is to set a good price perception and quality service. This study aims to determine how much influence the price perception factor and service quality have on customer or student satisfaction. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Linear Regression. Test the instrument using the Validity and Reliability Test. And hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The tool used to test this research is the SPPS for Windows application. The data that has met the validity and reliability tests are processed to produce the following regression equation: Y = 4.445 + 0.453(X1) + 0.323(X2). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan sobel test. \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diklat memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan kerja, insentif dapat memberikan pengaruh secara bermakna terhadap kedisiplinan kerja. Diklat memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap prestasi kerja Satpol PP dan Damkar. Insentif memberikan pengaruh secara bermakna terhadap prestasi kerja Satpol PP dan Damkar. Kedisiplinan kerja memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja Satpol PP dan Damkar. Diklat dapat memberikan pengaruh bermakna terhadap kedisiplinan kerja sehingga memberikan implikasi terhadap prestasi kerja. Kedisiplinan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh insentif terhadap prestasi kerja Satpol PP dan Damkar \u0000 \u0000The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training and incentives on work discipline, the effect of training, incentives, and discipline on work performance, the effect of training and incentives on work performance mediated by the work discipline of Satpol PP and Firefighters after the Earthquake and Covid-19 Pandemic in Mamuju, West Sulawesi province. \u0000The population in this study were a l l employees who worked at the Satpol PP and firefighters in Mamuju, West Sulawesi Province. It was totaling 129 people, considering the large number of populations, the slovin formula was used so that total sample of 56 people was obtained. Apakah perusahaan bertanggung jawab kepada pemilik langsung mereka sendiri (pemegang saham) atau apakah mereka memiliki kewajiban kepada masyarakat luas di mana mereka beroperasi. Tentu saja, banyak organisasi menyatakan secara terbuka bahwa mereka meminta pertanggungjawaban mereka kepada pihak selain pemegang saham. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Takalar (2) Kompensasi finasial dan non finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kerja karyawan pada PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Takalar (3) variabel non finansial adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan alat analisis statistik regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesisnya. Variabel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah current ratio, debt to equity ratio dan return on equity terhadap harga saham. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio (X1) dan Return On Equity (X3) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan Debt Equity Ratio (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. terhadap harga saham. Namun Secara Simultan Current Ratio (X1), Debt Equity Ratio (X2), dan Return On Equity (X3) berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap harga saham Perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016-2020. \u0000This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on equity on stock prices in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. This research was made because there are still differences in the results of research between one study and another, and so that it can be used to find out what things can affect stock price fluctuations. This study uses quantitative methods and uses multiple linear regression statistical analysis tools to test the hypothesis. The variables used in this study are the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on equity to stock prices. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio (X1) and Return On Equity (X3) partially have no significant effect on stock prices. While the Debt Equity Ratio (X2) has a positive and significant effect. to stock prices.
