Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan sobel test. \nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diklat memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan kerja, insentif dapat memberikan pengaruh secara bermakna terhadap kedisiplinan kerja. Diklat memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap prestasi kerja Satpol PP dan Damkar. Insentif memberikan pengaruh secara bermakna terhadap prestasi kerja Satpol PP dan Damkar. Kedisiplinan kerja memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja Satpol PP dan Damkar. Diklat dapat memberikan pengaruh bermakna terhadap kedisiplinan kerja sehingga memberikan implikasi terhadap prestasi kerja. Kedisiplinan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh insentif terhadap prestasi kerja Satpol PP dan Damkar \n \nThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training and incentives on work discipline, the effect of training, incentives, and discipline on work performance, the effect of training and incentives on work performance mediated by the work discipline of Satpol PP and Firefighters after the Earthquake and Covid-19 Pandemic in Mamuju, West Sulawesi province. \nThe population in this study were a l l employees who worked at the Satpol PP and firefighters in Mamuju, West Sulawesi Province. Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh diklat dan insentif terhadap kedisiplinan kerja, pengaruh diklat, insentif, dan kedisiplinan terhadap prestasi kerja, pengaruh diklat dan insentif terhadap prestasi kerja dimediasi oleh kedisiplinan kerja pegawai Satpol PP dan Damkar Pasca Gempa dan Pandemi Covid-19 di Mamuju provinsi Sulawesi Barat.
