Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran berbasis online  dari  berbagai variabel (jenis kelamin, usia dan kelas). Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh Siswa-siswi  IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsari. Data dikumpulkan dengan membagikan questioner dengan bantuan google form. Analisis data  dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: ada perbedaan sikap siswa teradap  pembelajaran  berbasis online pada masa pandemi covid-19 dari berbagai variabel (jenis kelamin, usia, kelas). Siswa perempuan, usia 16 tahun dan kelas X memiliki persepsi yang lebih baik terhadap pembelajaran berbasis online. The pandemic forces our educational system to change to remote instruction, and the construction of the electronic module is crucial because there are no existing materials that focus primarily on 3D home design. Fifty (50) students enrolled in CAD courses tested the E-learning program. The mean and standard deviation were calculated using descriptive quantitative statistics in this investigation. The content of the e-learning program was evaluated using a survey questionnaire. In addition, the questionnaire requested input on the e-module. Following that, adjustments were made. Penelitian evaluasi di gunakan karena di dalam penelitian memuat evaluasi yang berkaitan dengan manajemen pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian adalah guru Madrasah Mu’allimin Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa Angket dengan skala likert 1 sampai dengan 4  dan dibantu wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi awal atau kondisi empiris sekolah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitaf dengan menggunakan analisa deskriptik atau statistik deksriptik, lalu disajikan dalam deskriptif, agar menghasilkan data yang lebih akurat.  \u0000Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang manajemen pembelajaran di Madrasah Mu’allimin Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta dapat simpulkan bahwa komponen manajemen pembelajaran  (1) Planning mendapatkan presentase dengan kategori sanga baik yaitu 83% (2) Organization mendapatkan presentase 88 % dengan kategori sangat baik (3) Motivation mendapatkan presentase 88 % dengan kategori sangat baik dan (4) Evaluation mendapatkan kategori sangat baik dengan presentase 84%. Akibatnya, siswa kesulitan memahami materi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul menggunakan Flip PDF Professional. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode pengembangan R&D (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah model pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil validasi produk e-modul menggunakan Flip PDF Professional dinyatakan “sangat layak” oleh validator ahli materi dengan persentase sebesar 90% dan validator ahli media dengan persentase 95%. Hasil respon uji coba produk e-modul menggunakan Flip PDF Professional yang dikembangan dinyatakan “sangat baik” oleh guru dan peserta didik dengan hasil persentase respon guru sebesar 93% dan hasil persentase respon peserta didik sebesar 94,4%. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa media e-modul yang telah dikembangkan sangat layak dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Selanjutnya, media pembelajaran elektronik mempunyai potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan dan mampu membantu masyarakat untuk memperoleh pendidikan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; 2) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional guru terhadap kinerja guru; dan 3) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kecerdasan emosional guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menerapkan prosedur kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Peneliti menetapkan 98 guru SMP Swasta di kecamatan Cikedung kabupaten Indramayu sebagai populasi penelitian, sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian. Berdasarkan asumsi teoritis dan kesimpulan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa, baik gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1), maupun kecerdasan emosional guru (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y). Kesimpulan ini didukung oleh temuan analisis. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kecerdasan emosional guru terhadap kinerja guru. Readers can learn the research methods from the models found in journal articles. This paper elaborates the research methods used in studies on Listening skills using social media and other technological tools. The elaboration is formulated from the research methods used by journal article writers worldwide. The articles are taken as the corpus of the study and analyzed using grounded analysis. Among them are case study, ethnography research, phenomenology, grounded theory, narrative, content analysis, document analysis, descriptive qualitative, pre-experimental research, quasi-experimental research, true experimental research, correlational research, ex-post facto, survey research, classroom action research, collaboration action research, and mixed-methods. However, due to the limited space, the paper will only describe five popular methods in teaching listening skills utilizing social media and technological tools for the last ten years include experimental research, classroom action research, survey research, case study, and descriptive qualitative research. It is based on a critical analysis of human resource trends which shows that a shortage of skilled employees will occur. Therefore, an appropriate strategy is needed to win the war or labor market competition. The researcher uses the Research & Development approach by adapting Kalk's spiral development model to the stages: definition, design, demonstration, development, and testing. Researchers involve human resource management experts and refer to previous concepts, theories and relevant previous studies for developing models. The Google Form Online Mailed Instrument was also used to see the responses of the respondents, totaling 128 people. The results of the study formulated the \"R&R\" retention model by integrating procurement programs and retention programs. By using this model, employee loyalty will always be maintained and the organization will always be in the best performance so that maximum productivity can be achieved. One of the most commonly utilized technologies is the use of social media integrated with the face-to-face teaching and learning as called a blended-learning. This recent study aims: (1) to investigate how the blended learning process is operated, (2) to determine students’ perceptions in learning English through blended learning. This study was an explanatory mixed-method research design using observation, questionnaire, and interview as instruments to collect data from the purposively selected 26 students. The results of this study indicated that the process of learning English through blended learning both offline (face-to-face) and online (WhatsApp application) was well-implemented. Besides, students also showed a lot of positive perceptions when learning English through blended learning utilizing social media of WhatsApp and through the face-to-face form of language learning interaction. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara meminta 45 guru dari 6 sekolah mengisi angket dengan skala likert. Pengolahan hasil penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Uji signifikasi menggunakan uji-f. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Sementara itu, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil analisis data menunjukan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru rata-rata 51,7% memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru rata-rata 20,1% memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompensasi secara (simultan) terhadap kinerja guru rata-rata 62,1% memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Soemantri","doi":"10.51454/jet.v3i1.127","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51454/jet.v3i1.127","url":null,"abstract":"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan pengelolaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru, aktivitas selama pembelajaran, hasil belajar, dan respon siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan Komik Digital sebagai media pembelajaran daring pada materi SPLDV. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain One-Shot Case Study. Partisipan penelitian sebanyak 31 siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 13 Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Pertama, efektivitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran termasuk kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata 95%. Kedua, efektivitas aktivitas siswa selama mengikuti pembelajaran termasuk kategori sangat aktif dengan rata-rata 3,70. Ketiga, efektivitas ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dikatakan tuntas dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal 97%, dan keempat, efektivitas respon siswa termasuk dalam kategori sangat positif.
