This university uses Moodle as its online Learning Management System. This is a quantitative, non-experimental study within a positivism paradigm. 150 students were randomly sampled and were enrolled for a Diploma in Agriculture programmed. A Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale (SDLRS) questionnaire was used to measure the readiness level for students’ SDL. The results reveal that more than two-thirds of the students have a medium self-directed readiness level with a total mean for all the questions of 2.91, a standard deviation of 0.79, and a variance of 0.77. This shows that first-year students are therefore not self-directed learners, which makes the transition to tertiary education difficult. This study is useful because assessing the level of readiness towards SDL among first year university students could help to introduce the modern method of student-centered teaching approach. These accreditations contribute to increased completion rates and a reduction in school dropout rates, underscoring the utility of tutoring throughout the educational process. High school students adapting to the new pace of university work often undergo significant changes in their school performance habits. Therefore, the initial group tutoring sessions aim to address issues and undertake specific activities that help students learn about their attending university, its organization and work areas, the program they are enrolled in, and the need for psychological support and specialized counseling, among other elements. Due to the insufficient emphasis on human values at the educational level, exacerbated by an overwhelming focus on learning rather than holistic education, there is a need for an educational platform capable of instilling human values as a comprehensive solution to societal issues. Like Ismuba's approach, which emphasizes the integration of human values, this research adopts a qualitative methodology with a library-based approach to analyze the Ismuba curriculum through the lens of Rahmatan Lil Alamin's educational theory. The research findings demonstrate that the Ismuba curriculum design incorporates the concept of human values advocated in Rahmatan Lil Alamin's education, emphasizing justice, compassion, care, tolerance, harmony, human dignity, equal rights, and utility. The curriculum is a factor that has a very big influence on educational development. In the Merdeka Curriculum currently implemented, teachers need to adjust teaching preparation, evaluation techniques, and activities carried out in the learning process at school. Module creation, differentiated learning, and the Pancasila Student Profile Development Project are some of them. This research aims to determine the extent of teacher readiness in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method uses descriptive analysis techniques with a literature review. The research results show that teachers are not fully ready to face curriculum changes. This can be seen from the fact that teachers still need to understand curriculum paradigms that are different from before and learning methods that have also changed. The research's goal is to enhance access and support to create an inclusive educational environment. Through a collaborative approach, the study focuses on establishing a Collaborative Forum, professional training, developing inclusive facilities, and raising community awareness campaigns. The research involves 36 participants, including children with special needs, educators, and parents at Special Schools in Kendari City. Data collection is conducted through observations and interviews. Qualitative analysis is employed for data analysis. The results indicate that \"InklusiPlus\" successfully enhances collaboration among stakeholders, provides relevant training, and creates inclusive facilities. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dan menggambarkan secara rinci peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menetapkan arah (setting the direction), mengembangkan individu (developing people), dan merancang ulang organisasi (redesigning organization) untuk meningkatkan resiliensi sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sementara analisis data melibatkan deskripsi, analisis, dan interpretasi. Kehadiran orang tua sebagai pendidik utama dan figur sentral di dalam rumah memiliki signifikansi besar. Namun, tantangan mendasar yang muncul adalah ketidakpahaman sebagian orang tua terhadap peran dan tanggung jawab mereka sebagai teladan, yang dapat menyebabkan anak-anak meniru perilaku yang kurang baik tanpa disadari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode \"Librari Research\" dengan pendekatan interpretasi kualitatif dalam menganalisis berbagai dokumen, termasuk buku dan jurnal. Dari hasil analisis, disimpulkan bahwa konsep keteladanan orang tua dalam pendidikan Islam dapat diterapkan melalui beberapa langkah, antara lain: 1) Mengimplementasikan kebiasaan keteladanan terhadap perilaku; 2) Memberikan nasihat secara konsisten kepada anak; dan 3) Melakukan habituasi keteladanan sejak dini, seperti ibu yang sedang mengandung membiasakan hal-hal positif. In this research and development method refers to ADDIE model. The reason researchers use the ADDIE model in this study is because the ADDIE model has the right steps for the development of the media being developed (Branch, R.M 2009). After the powerpoint interactive learning media was finished, the researcher brought the interactive power point learning media to media material specialists for evaluation. Considering the percentage of experts' validation, namely (87.5%) media experts and (75.0%) material sheets validation. Furthermore, in the product category included in the \"Valid\" category as a complement to the media, the results of student answers were (62.10%). Peneliti menerapkan \u0000pendekatan \u0000Research and Development\u0000 (R&D) dengan desain penelitian Four D Model dengan 4 tahapan (Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate). Penelitian dilakukan di Universitas Putra Indonesia (UNPI) Cianjur dengan informan adalah rektor, ketua LPPM, dekan, ketua program studi dan dosen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumendan FGD untuk dengan menguji data, menemukan makna data dan memposisikan data dalam konsep teori yang tepat.  Hasil penelitian rata-rata persentase capaian untuk indikator manajemen stratejik pengembangan kinerja sebesar 75,70% menunjukkan bahwa manajemen stratejik pengembangan kinerja dosen sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Capaian tertinggi terdapat pada komponen perencanaan stratejik dengan persentase capaian sebesar 80,55%. Sementara tu capaian terendah adalah komponen tindak lanjut (67,73%). Guru dituntut terampil dalam menerapkan pendekatan yang tepat agar pembelajaran tetap berjalan secara efektif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pendekatan yang digunakan guru dalam mengajar di masa pandemi covid 19 di SMP pada daerah terpencil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Informan (orang yang diwawancarai) adalah 3 orang kepala sekolah dan 108 orang guru. Selain itu, peneliti juga menggunakan angket untuk memperoleh data tentang nama guru, usia, lokasi sekolah, jenjang pendidikan terakhir, jenis kelamin guru, strategi pembelajaran, dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru selama masa pandemi. Analisis data menggunakan prosedur interasis analisis, meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi atau penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pendekatan mengajar guru di daerah terpencil yaitu strategi offline, online dan hybrid.
