This study uses descriptive analysis with qualitative approach, data collection techniques using the technique of the interview, conducted to the Chief UPUBKB, Testers Technical and business vehicles, observation, documentation, primary data and sekuder that was obtained is processed through qualitative procedures include data reduction, presentation Data and data verification or conclusion. The results showed that the Quality of Service Testing Vehicle in UPUB not provide optimum service. It is seen from the quantity of human resources limited, competency testing, facilities and infrastructures are inadequate and the limited understanding of the community about vehicle testing service procedures. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were 218 employees and then taken samples with the formula Slovin obtained a sample of 141 employees as respondents. The results of the study using the t test revealed that the independent variables namely work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), and organizational climate (X3) partially had a significant effect on teriktat variables namely employee performance (Y) in RSUD Puri Husada, Indragiri Hilir Regency. From the F test results obtained an F count of 19,597 and a significance level of 0,000. Because the F count is 19.597> 2.671 and the significance level is 0.000 <0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. This means that work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), and organizational climate (X3) together have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) in RSUD Puri Husada, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The study population included all 35 Tembilahan Junior High School teachers, who were also the study sample. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed with multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially the principal's leadership function consisting of the educator function, manager function, administrator function, supervisor function, innovator function and motivator function significantly influence teacher performance. The motivator function is the dominant variable influencing the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Simultaneously the leadership function of the principal consisting of the educator function, manager function, administrator function, supervisor function, innovator function and motivator function significantly influences the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The results showed that simultaneously, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational citizenship behavior have a very significant influence on employee performance. The location of this research is in the Village of Kuala Lahang, Gaung Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency with the aim of describing the process of implementing a program of rice assistance for poor families, to describe the effectiveness of the rice assistance program for poor families and to describe the supporting factors and obstacles to the implementation of the family rice assistance program poor. Data sources were obtained that relate to the RASKIN distribution and distribution process, mainly sourced from beneficiary households (RTS) beneficiaries and RASKIN management teams at the village and sub-district levels using the method of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive data analysis from Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of the study, researchers obtained information that the application of the No Smoking Area in the Indragiri Hilir District Health Office has been going well, but several obstacles were still found, namely from the socialization, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The implementation of the No Smoking Area policy in several other government offices is still not going well, there are still many cigarette butts and cigarette ashtrays found in government offices.
