An open source Moodle eLearning platform has been implemented at many universities in Egypt, as an aid to deliver e-content and to provide the institution with various possibilities for implementing asynchronous e-learning web-based modules. The aim of project is to create assumptions for development of an independent and institutional system, which will create and apply an open, flexible and adaptable quality management system of formal education through benchmarking and quality mark. It includes the creation of specialized portal with support services that will provide insight and specific information in the field of quality management in vocational education to interested persons. Based on collected information and analysis we identified quality evaluation indicators at secondary vocational schools. Next part of the paper is focussed on burnout syndrome. First, engineers do not apply directly the problem solving skills of higher mathematics. Second, studying higher mathematics, students get an insufficient idea of its usability. The authors of the paper have worked out frameworks for practical problem solving in mathematics on the basis of didactic ontology in the Moodle computerized learning system (CMS. To determine students' perceptions on practical problem solving in mathematics in e-environment, more than 300 students from the specialties of engineering at the LUA participated in the survey.
