A comparative analysis of the installed capacity of SPV compared to other programs that simulate the operation of other renewable energy sources such as wind, biomass and others. The results of the analysis are reviewed to determine how well solar photovoltaic systems are designed and simulated. This is useful in view of data corresponding to the potential for future energy production from decentralized sources and in order to optimize energy costs. In this way, based on the forecasts for the development of the energy market, an adequate assessment of the investments and the return on investments is obtained.","PeriodicalId":399680,"journal":{"name":"2022 10th International Scientific Conference on Computer Science (COMSCI)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133351370","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Image quality assessment can be used to support the quality evaluation of the printed material based on comparison of initial input image and a camera captured image of the printed result. Besides the utilization of histogram based analyses and statistical evaluation metrics such as mean squared error and structural similarity index, deep learning techniques can also be applied for image comparison. The paper presents a deep learning approach based on convolutional autoencoder for image comparison utilizing data augmentation and clustering in order to evaluate the quality of printed materials.","PeriodicalId":399680,"journal":{"name":"2022 10th International Scientific Conference on Computer Science (COMSCI)","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115285255","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Much of the information that people handle on a daily basis is spatial. This raises the need to pay attention to the training of specialists in various fields of activity, management and work with spatial data through the use of GIS. Basically, the use of GIS in the process of teaching students is most prevalent in Earth Sciences and in particular Geography. The widespread use of GIS in national security and defense gives us reason to argue that the use of GIS is necessary in the process of educating students in this professional field. On this basis, the need for training students in National Security through the use of GIS is derived. Several open source GIS Applications have been reviewed and analyzed, based on a survey of trainers and users of open source GIS and web-based GIS. The specifics that the training must meet during its various stages are commented.","PeriodicalId":399680,"journal":{"name":"2022 10th International Scientific Conference on Computer Science (COMSCI)","volume":"328 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116260328","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
