Energy supplies must be secure and cheap. This article proves that refusal to import oil and gas from Russia could, according to rough estimates, make energy in the EU between 30 and 50% more expensive, with all the negative consequences for industry and households. The implementation and use of information technology by business organizations is the basis of their competitiveness and development opportunity, especially when it comes to optimizing supply chain management (SCM) processes. In this respect, it is necessary to improve the skills and competencies of entrepreneurs from different sectors, the main role being played by training for effective use of Supply Chain Management Systems (SCMS). Finally, each training should end with an evaluation and analysis of the information received from the feedback received from learners and trainers. This paper focuses on the process of conducting SCMS training for entrepreneurs and management staff, as well as the derivation of indicators to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of training. The idea is to minimize subjectivity in evaluation. The characteristic of the proposed approach is that the influence of the assessment of an expert depends on the level of his competence. For quantitative ranking of individual competence, an anonymous assessment is performed through comparisons of experts in pairs.
