Generalized centrifugal force model is selected to simulate the pedestrians passing through bottlenecks. The bottleneck width and the number of pedestrians are considered to measure their impact on the traffic efficiency on the bottleneck. Linear relation between flow and bottleneck width is observed and the number of pedestrians show no significant impact on the flow. With the increasing bottleneck width, the density in the front of the bottleneck entrance decreases. More pedestrians result into higher density in the measurement area. Using content analysis method, 33 business environment policies promulgated by the central government from 2015 to 2019 will be coded and counted, and will be studied in combination with the business environment report issued by the World Bank. The research shows that China has comprehensively used three different business environment policy tools, and environmental policy tools are the main means to optimize and innovate the business environment. The development of BSP (bus signal priority) system can effectively alleviate the traffic congestion problem and accelerate the construction of new smart city. The BSP system based on GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) electronic fence can effectively realize the function of bus signal priority application. It sets the virtual trigger area of traffic signal at traffic junction by using GNSS electronic fence technology, innovatively proposes a trigger judgment algorithm improved by the ray method for the bus entering the intersection electronic fence, and aiming at the problem of packet loss and floating point of bus real – time information, the method of judging the correctness of the electronic fence entry strategy is proposed, which ensures the high accuracy rate of the bus priority system. The system has been formally applied in Nanjing, China. Through the statistical analysis of data from the feedback operating data, bus priority effect is significant. Based on the electronic fence technology, the BSP system can be used in the original urban traffic system software upgrades. Based on the number of invention patents granted in Hubei Province, a panel fixed effect model is constructed. , Tested the impact of technological innovation on the number of medical staff, the number of hospital beds and the growth of the number of hospitals. Research has found that technological progress and technological innovation have a positive driving effect on the allocation of medical resources. However, these services have high requirements for network delay and bandwidth. In addition, Facing the future and the \"post epidemic era\", aiming at the problem of multimedia application on the network, If we use the usual unicast communication, it will inevitably lead to a serious waste of bandwidth, and greatly increase the burden of the server, which is obviously a pair of contradictions with precious resources; if we use multicast communication, we can reduce this contradiction. This paper introduces multicast technology firstly. Secondly, it puts forward the multicast idea of campus network multimedia system: deploy IGMP snooping protocol in switching Ethernet, and combine VLAN technology. Thirdly, it provides a framework of multimedia multicast system on the campus based on MVC pattern. Then it describes the designing solution particularly and development method of the difficulty. By experiment, this system has good maintainability and expandability. In the multicast communication mode, the network traffic does not increase with the increase of the traffic, and obtains a good subjective quality evaluation. Secondly, considering the influence of customer satisfaction on the determination of demand importance degrees, classification fitting function was established to correct the initial importance degrees for different customer demand. Finally, Z express company is selected as an empirical study, which proves the rationality and operability of the proposed method in this paper. Methods: We use the Web of Science database as the search source, select \"Journal of Engineering Education\", \"Journal of Professional Issues in Engineering Education and Practice\", \"International Journal of Engineering Education\" for publications, and obtain article type documents published in the above journals from 2010 to 2019. We Use the information visualization analysis software called Citespace to perform statistical analysis, and understand the author groups, publishing institutions, research hotspots, time evolution and frontier fields. Results: A total of 2,323 papers are included in this study, and the number of papers published each year is between 201 and 253. \"International Journal of Engineering Education\" is the journal with the most papers, Purdue University is the institution with the most papers, and Borrego, M. is the author who published the most papers. As of September 27, 2020, the average number of paper citations is 6.4, the H-index index is 47, the overall number of citations reached 8941, and a total of 15 papers have been cited more than 80 times; a total of 27 keywords frequency reached 50 times, and the keywords formed 7 clusters. Conclusion: In the past 10 years, international engineering education research has developed well.
