This is especially the case during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to elucidate the rules underlying the network public opinion diffusion of COIVD-19 triggered government credibility crisis event and the corresponding countermeasures. A system dynamics model is established to formulate and simulate the interactions of four entities, that is, event per see, the netizens, the media, and the government, involved in the “Dr. Li Wenliang event” and their joint effects in the crisis evolution, shedding on the priority of influencing factors in different phases. The results indicate that the network public opinion follows the rule of \"latency-outbreak-rise-fade\". The sensitivity and explosiveness of the incident, the intensification of netizens, the public opinion leader effect, and the attention of the media play critical roles in network public opinion diffusion. Media's attention and netizen's intensification are the main influencing factors during the stage of public opinion explosion and waning period, respectively. The degree of government information disclosure and the early warning capability significantly alleviate the network public opinion diffusion. This study offers insight for government management in response to creditability crisis events during a special time.","PeriodicalId":397312,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"108 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124065434","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We use taint analysis to approximate the parameters of a sensitive instruction that may originate from user input. We combine it with a string analysis based on automatons to over-approximate the values of the string variables in the program. Using information derived from these two analyses, we detect when untrusted input may be used to inject malicious code into the program, and when the attack patterns were removed using a sanitizer operation. The proposed approach was implemented on top of FlowDroid. Experimental results show that the resulting analyzer, , is very efficient at detecting command injection vulnerabilities.","PeriodicalId":397312,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125744132","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On this basis, the spatial pattern of the Tibetan population in China was analysed using spatial statistical analysis and exploratory analysis methods. The results demonstrate that over 90% of the Tibetan population is distributed west of the ‘Heihe-Tengchong Line’, while less than 10% of the Tibetan population is distributed east of the line. Further, with the ‘Heihe-Tengchong Line’ and the boundary line of TAR and other Tibetan areas as demarcation lines, there is a three-level gradient spatial pattern of the Tibetan population. Southwest of the ‘Heihe-Tengchong Line’ is the first gradient with the vast majority of the Tibetan population. The northwest of the ‘Heihe-Tengchong Line’ is the second gradient with a lower Tibetan population, and east of the ‘Heihe-Tengchong Line’ is the third gradient with an even lower Tibetan population. Historical and cultural factors have played a key role in the formation of this three-level gradient spatial pattern of the Tibetan population.","PeriodicalId":397312,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117224606","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Recent research provide some machine learning algorithms for the prediction of similar topics, however without satisfactory results. In order to improve the predictive accuracy of bus one-way running time, four machine learning algorithms including LSTM, MLR, KNN, and XGBoost are selected and integrated through a linear regression model as an effectively integrated model. More specifically, dynamic and static factors of the one-way running time for public transportation vehicles are firstly analyzed and identified. In particular, weather and holidays are included for improving the effectiveness. Then the integrated model is applied and validated by using the operational data of Beijing Bus Line One. Finally, a comparative analysis is conducted on the results of using respectively singular methods and the integrated model which further validates the effectiveness of the integrated model.","PeriodicalId":397312,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126139186","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
