Traditional means of cooperation and coordination are far from being able to align requirements; information systems of different joint defense units are difficult to interconnect and interoperate; the previous results of joint defense informatization are difficult to inherit. The main reason is the lack of border joint defense information construction with a top-level design approach. Via the lens of top-level design, this paper establishes a multi-viewpoint architecture framework and transformation process, develops the as-is and to-be joint defense architecture, and finally analyzes transformation principles from the as-is architecture to to-be architecture. This paper mainly explores the architecture transformation mechanisms under the border joint defense scenario.","PeriodicalId":397312,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"89 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127116211","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to solve this problem, this paper presents an approach to automatically evaluate instructional videos. Instructional video evaluation is different from general video evaluation in that the important characteristics of an instructional video is supporting the understanding of course content. Therefore, a metric of instructional video assessment is established. It includes five indicators, i.e. screen effect, subtitle, duration, format and quality. Image recognition and image processing technologies are used to score the indicators. Automatic evaluation model is constructed by machine learning. Our experimental results show that the automatic evaluation is basically consistent with the results of manual evaluation. Therefore, our approach significantly reduces the burden of instructional video evaluation and helps to improve video-based learning.","PeriodicalId":397312,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"4210 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127265335","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Relationships were verified with the use of the structural equation modelling method. The 354 employees of the case company were surveyed by questionnaire. The results indicated that the relationship between uncertainty and commitment is opposite to the original hypothesis. Uncertainty has a significant effect on job satisfaction and turnover intention. Job satisfaction has no directly significant effect on turnover intention, but it has a negatively significant effect through commitment. Subjective norm significantly affects turnover intention. This means that employees who are easily influenced by their superiors and colleagues will be more likely to be disturbed by others and have herd behavior, and they will have higher turnover intention.","PeriodicalId":397312,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"133 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121400947","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

And ordinary colleges and universities account for a considerable proportion of educational funding. Based on the DEA model and the Malmquist index method, this paper analyzes the static and dynamic changes of ordinary colleges and universities’ funding efficiency in China from 2009 to 2017. According to the studies, the validity of funding input in ordinary colleges and universities in China is generally low, greatly affected by the pure technology's validity. Significant differences can be found between regions. Based on the results, this paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing funding allocation for current general higher education, adjusting the structure of funds input, and expanding the scale of schooling appropriately.","PeriodicalId":397312,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114202900","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, SMEs still face many financing difficulties. Moreover, the explosion of the COVID-19 epidemic makes their living environment worse. Based on this, firstly, we collect the panel data from the first half of 2018 to the first half of 2020 of 1531 SMEs; Second, use the DEA-Malmquist model to calculate the financing efficiency of those SMEs; Then, analyze the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic situation on the finance for SMEs according to various industries. It can be revealed that the financing efficiency of SMEs tends to down on the whole. Among them, the financing efficiency of the industries like wholesale-retail trade, the manufacturing industry declined the most. From the perspective of the internal construction of the financing efficiency, the scale efficiency tends to be stable, which shows the good effect of the policy of supporting the loan; The decrease in the pure technical efficiency is the main reason behind the decrease in the financing efficiency. Finally, this paper puts forward suggestions to enhance the financing of SMEs considering the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic situation.","PeriodicalId":397312,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123238753","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this study is to extend the UTAUT model by referring to the broaden-and-build theory of positive emotions [2] and examining the moderating effects of subjective well-being (SWB) on the UTAUT model for the elderly's intention to use and use behavior of gerontechnology. This study conducted a questionnaire survey method. Data were collected from 487 elderly users of gerontechnology in Guangzhou, China. The results showed that performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE) and social influence (SI) positively affected the elderly's behavioral intention (BI) to use gerontechnology. Facilitating conditions (FC) and BI had positive effects on the use behavior (UB) of the elderly. The major conclusion showed that SWB merely moderated the relationship between PE and BI. The implications for practice and future research directions are discussed.","PeriodicalId":397312,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122891628","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through research, it is found that under symmetric information, the sharing platform will exert its best efforts but cannot obtain information rent, and can only obtain reservation utility. Under asymmetric information, the high-tech sharing platform will obtain efficient efforts and strict positive rent, while the low-tech sharing platform will only obtain reservation utility due to insufficient efforts. At this time, the rent obtained by the high-tech sharing platform is a function of the low-tech platform's effort.","PeriodicalId":397312,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121338513","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It completes the transfer of safety responsibilities when a train passes across two districts, and it directly affects the safety and stability regarding train operation. This article first makes a general analysis of its mechanism, including the essential characteristics, stakeholders and tasks of the district handover. In order to simplify the complexity of the behavior models, the whole procedure is divided into four phases, namely, the preparation phase, the stopping point stepping phase, the vehicle reception phase and the termination phase. The information interaction and timing relationship of these models are presented by UML.","PeriodicalId":397312,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127879438","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study employs the classical Newsboy Model, based on game theory, to establish an optimal car ordering strategy with shared renting. It compares optimal ordering quantities and total profits when car rental enterprises operate independently as well as when they adopt a shared renting capacity strategy. The results show that the latter strategy reduces optimal car ordering quantities, increases the working capital of both enterprises, and increases their profits. Finally, Pareto improvement is realized, and a win-win outcome is achieved.","PeriodicalId":397312,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114861707","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, large quantity of calculation results causes it hardly meet the real time requirement of finite element application, meanwhile, due to the complexity and irregularity of 3D solid models and meshes, observing the fully data sets becomes difficult. This paper designs a data structure suitable for handling finite element complex calculation results, which improves the efficiency of data execution, furthermore, designs and develops a finite element post-processing module for data visualization. The module is developed based on the theory of Object-Oriented Programming and Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC). The paper demonstrates the key technology regarding post-processing, including finite element meshes generation, data interpolation processing, nephogram rendering, contour line generation, vector data display and model-user interaction. Advanced scene rendering realization based on HOOPS 3D Graphics system, including lighting, rendering mode, interacting with the scene. The paper evaluates the module performance through simulating the high frequency electric field and magnetic field distribution in the rectangular micro-strip antenna. As the module is designed to be lean, fast, easy-to-use, and good visual quality, it satisfies the requirement of visualizing the result of the finite element simulation well.","PeriodicalId":397312,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Management Engineering, Software Engineering and Service Sciences","volume":"115 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131901761","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
