摘要

当前,随着中国边境开发开放的不断深入,边境联防问题日益严峻。传统的合作和协调手段远远不能使需求一致;不同联防单位的信息系统难以实现互联互通;以往的联合防御信息化成果难以传承。究其原因,主要是缺乏顶层设计的边境联防信息化建设。通过顶层设计的视角,建立了多视点体系结构框架和转换流程,开发了现有和将来联合防御体系结构,最后分析了从现有体系结构到将来体系结构的转换原则。本文主要探讨边境联防场景下的建筑转型机制。
