Based on the number of invention patents granted in Hubei Province, a panel fixed effect model is constructed. , Tested the impact of technological innovation on the number of medical staff, the number of hospital beds and the growth of the number of hospitals. Research has found that technological progress and technological innovation have a positive driving effect on the allocation of medical resources. Therefore, a reasonable and diversified technological innovation incentive policy is of great significance to medical development.
