This initial potency logically unfolds to the conditions of the existing division of labor, unfolding in contradiction to specialization and concentration. If specialization dominates in this contradiction, capital arises; if concentration dominates, a plan arises. It is concluded that import substitution in Russia leads to the dominance of concentration and strengthening of the plan in the economy.","PeriodicalId":395765,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Works of the Free Economic Society of Russia","volume":"105 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128599080","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The pace of economic growth will not be able to catch up with the world, and the fall in real incomes of the population accumulated since 2014 will be overcome no earlier than 2024. The demographic losses suffered during the coronavirus pandemic raise the issue of a systemic longterm family policy that contributes to an increase in the birth rate. The Achilles heel of the Russian economy, despite some achievements, remains the stagnation of R&D spending and the weakness of the policy for the development of fundamental and applied science.","PeriodicalId":395765,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Works of the Free Economic Society of Russia","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126955868","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Such trends are caused by growing environmental problems caused largely by traditional forms of management. Russia should also rely on the greening of ongoing projects for the effective and systematic implementation of the objectives of the sustainable development strategy. Applying a comparative approach, trend analysis, as well as using data from the world bank and the statista database, the paper examines the general trends in the issuance of the most popular green financial instruments — bonds, identifies the factors that determine the greatest popularity of these financial instruments, identifies the world leaders of their issuance, and suggests directions for more effective promotion of green financing in Russia.","PeriodicalId":395765,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Works of the Free Economic Society of Russia","volume":"263 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116238136","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The genesis of the main chronological cycles, such as the cycles of Kondratiev (45–60 years), Kuznets (15–25 years), Juglar (7–11 years), Kitchin (3–4 years) has been associated in work with the action of economic forces of inertia, attraction, repulsion, friction. The intensity of these forces, in turn, depends on the scale and proportions of the development of economic systems of object, process, environment and project types. This approach has indicated the possibilities and factors for regulating the duration of cycles and, accordingly, the frequency of occurrence of intercycle crises. Along with the study of chronological cycles the conditions and features of the formation of spatial cycles that arise as recurring phenomena in certain closed spatial contours have been considered. The analogies and differences between chronological and spatial economic cycles have been investigated. The considerations given in the article can form the basis of a future general theory of space-time cycles.","PeriodicalId":395765,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Works of the Free Economic Society of Russia","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132222416","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The weak reliability of the input information - climate forecast data, the discrepancy between both spatial and temporal scales in climate and economic studies was noted.
