METHODS FOR OVERCOMING THE STAGNATION OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY IN THE TERRITORIAL ASPECT (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE URAL ECONOMIC REGION)

Abstract

At present, the regions that make up our country differ from each other in many economic parameters, and therefore require individual measures to resume economic growth, which in most of them stopped in the already very distant 2013.This study is aimed at finding possible ways to warm up the economy regions that are part of the Ural economic region. In the course of its implementation, the authors established that this area belongs to the territories where stagnation is especially pronounced. The negative factors inherent in it have been identified that can significantly aggravate the situation in the near future. Recommendations have been developed, the adherence to which will allow to level these factors and give an impetus to the economic growth of these regions.
