The image of women as a representation of tenderness and squeezes were in different with the condition that they can also be radical. This study examined the involvement of Minangkabau women in their struggle towards the colonialism and the consequences they faced against their resistance. It was found that women have special position in the Indonesian struggle opposing the Dutch colonialism in West Sumatra. The image of women who were closely refers to tenderness and squeezing are much differ from it was in colonial era, that they were hard-hearted and radicalism. By using Historical approach this study found that in the nineteenth century there was almost no resistance to colonization involved the women. It did not happen until the twentieth century where women were involved, in the form of a physical (violent) resistance and with a radical-political path. This perspective binds women to appropriate behaviors for women that are the atributes and behaviors that keep them from violating laws and crimes. Qualitative phenomenology was used in this research where the data taken from interview and observation which involved 5 women prisoners. Hence, when a woman is involved in a crime she will be considered very bad and labeled in ways that are negative and stereotypical. In the analysis of feminist criminology theories criticize that men are actually commit more crimes than women. Unfortunately, the women fall in a crime are caused by various factors. One among factor is the unfair treatment on women. Even in criminal acts women often get layered violence. They are not only judged as perpetrators but also become the victims. The punishment they received were not only in prison but also entail them after leaving the prison. The rejection and negative responses are also delivered from the environment reinforce the negative stigma about themselves. Stigma as criminals, unbelievers, and labeling as prisoners make it is difficult for them to adapt, find work, and become antisocial. The stigma develops along with the process of understanding (interpretation), the definition of criminals, and the differentiation of treatment that society gives to them (discrimination). As a social product, verbal literature is a reflection of the cultural ideology associated with systems of thought, belief; symbols related to actions prevailed in society. The purpose of the research is to reveal the feminist ideology of Bundo Kanduang in Kaba Cindua Mato. Libarary research was employed where the data taken from document of Kaba Cindua Mato. It was analysis using content analysis.  The finding of the research showed that Kaba Cindua Mato represented the role of Minangkabau women. Bundo Kanduang portrays as a woman who is gentle, authoritative, and has a power ideology as aleader in a territory of power. The purpose of this research is to describe new face of the women rebellation. Library research was employed where the data taken from content analysis. The research finding showed that one of the new movements done by feminists in the era of globalization is through the virtual world, the cyber world. This movement became known as cyberfeminists. Its 'cross-boundary nature' which beyond the physical and geographical world as a new social field for feminists to explore new freedoms in term of building their relationships and identities. One of the common movement is by using the publication of short stories and novels published in cyberspace. One of the causes is the cultural background differences. This kind of marriage occurs between Indonesian women and the foreigner, the mixing between different cultural background, western and eastern culture. This research was aimed at identifying and recognizing the conflict that caused by the intercultural marriages of the Indonesian women and the caucasians. This research is one part of a broader scope of research using a phenomenological approach,in terms of particular symbolic interaction and social construction theory of reality. Methods of data collection include in-depth interviews and observations of seven Indonesian women who married caucasian and domiciled in Jakarta. The results show some dominant conflict-causing differences in cross-cultural marriages between Indonesian women and male caucasians. The differences include language – context differences, communication style, perceptions on family concepts, and perceptions about privacy. In the end, cross-cultural marriage couples find a pattern of settlement in responding the cultural differences they find in everyday life. The society perceived that the women world was still dominated by women, where a few of indigenous women still a shield and place it in the safest spot in the economic filed. It makes the case of marginalization of women’s  right becomes a metter that is not relevant to be discussed, but this pradigm could come back in the evalution with the advent of this case study. This research uses historical heuristic method, criticism, interpretation, and historiography). It also describes a shift on the women’s role at Kubang Nan Duo, from the holders of power into centers of production because many asset like lands, have been sold and spout, forcing them to throw them selves in to farm working. This idea emerged as a reflection and manifestation of concern intellectualism against the reality of Egyptian woman, who had reached the threshold of tolerance limits area . By using library research method, this research used book, journal, and others as the data resouces. As the cosequency, content analysis was used to analyse the data. Qasim Amin stresses that Islam should be granted rights of women in proportion tha is the right in education and acquire  same right in tasting educational right between men and women, because Isla ic value is full of fairness and required the responsibility to Allah. The resut of this research shows that Qosim Amin concern on vision and educational issues in his Idea . There was an awareness of Egytianson the important position of women on education, chance of women to wear veily the government’s attention on the revision of religions justice. It is als o to determine at the discourse of working mothers versus house wife which raised by women in a virtual world based on the experience of being a mother. This research applied Theo Van Leeuwen  discourse analysis which reviewed the text from the perspective of how a social actor enclosure or inclosure from a text or news.  It reveals that there are some strategies used by the media or the author in generating or eliminating social actors from a text. The result also showed that women was make discourse about working mom vs fulltime mothers through a series of narratives about the advantages and disadvantages of each profession (working mother and fulltime mothers). Discourse raised by the authors who are working mother (mother works from outside the home or mothers working from home). Qualitative research  by using normative law or doctrinal law methods was used. data taken from interview to some informants was analyzed thematically based on the indicators of the study. The result of the study showed that some factors may facilitate people to have poliandry. They are the low educational level, the willingness to make the marital commitement, both the view of  figh and positive law. The cases of  Poliandry  especially for write recorded marriage, and divorce are due to the the lack of comprehension on the a marriage legallity and illegallity beside the knowledge limitattion related with the ban in a marriage before a divorce formally or legally approved. This kind of condition laid some women social movements or organizations that aimed at fighting for their freedom and right. On of the movement is Rohana Ku d dus (R ohana K uddus , one of its efforts is building the school fo female student. Another effort if creating the newspaper which was concerned with woman issues as the condition do not give woman the ballaced changes to take a parts in all live aspects. As this movement built the function tent be improved, becoming an enterprenuer office. As the result nowdays it become a well known one.  This movement facilitate both educational and economical supports that make  them find them self independent while the movement through newspapers Rohana Kuddus has established BC, where the newspaper was the only female newspaper became the first in Indonesia that serves as an educator, controler and critics to the society in related with woman malltreatment .
