However, in terms of the purpose of marriage, the law and maqasid al-syari'ah contain marriage problem. In addition, there can also be equated with  mut'ah marriage that is allowed by syi'i. The type of this marriage is not appropriate with the maqasid al-syariah, not only ashliyah but also tabi'iyah. Then the impact could be on the implications of the worst  neglect. The film of Perempuan Berkalung Sorban tells about a women struggle to achieve the gender equality in social status, education and acquire the authority and opportunities as a man. The women struggle in maintaining the gender equality is caused by many discrimination that are received from men unfairly. The discrimination is received by a woman in a boarding school environment that is interpreted verbally. When the gender issue is analyzed based on the Islamic law, so it can not be avoided its discussion although it have to refer to  the provisions of Allah and the prophet based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. Based on the Islamic law, gender is a nature that must be used wthn their respective roles sustably, not to be exploited for the  momentary interest or certain group. So the restrictions in an absolute man-made law should refer to the provisions of the Syari’ah. Relationships in business activities in the form of craftsmen as the client provides energy for business patron or collector to make broomstick fibers, while the collector provide jobs and wages to the results of the work done by the craftsmen. Outside activities such as collecting lend assistance to artisans who are in need. On the other hand craftsmen donated labor either at the collector requires artisans to organize an event or gathering babysitting without being rewarded. It is well recognized by women in Indonesia, so the post-New Order government women's advocacy movement that gave birth to affirmative action that essentially encourages and guarantees against women to be involved in politics. Significant impact of affirmative action is the birth of a minimal system of representation of women in parliament 30%. This representation system, reinforced in 2009 with the implementation zipper election system, where from 1-3 candidates proposed must be female. But somehow affirmative action, can not be denied as a form be balanced with minimizing the lack of women and men.
