Women are still restricted by domestic roles, so although there are women active in public roles as a substitute, the length of the family or husband. In contrast, the study reveals the relationship between feminism and women leadership. The women head village during his reign can build the Bunder village from the backward village into a self-reliance village and self-developing. Direct observation, deep interviews and documentation show, the representation of feminism within the village government is evident in its leadership. Feminine values applied in leadership such as thorougoness, humility in the village government or community environment, the balance in managing the village government, discipline in the management of time, can embrace all classes and the last is open about the program to be implemented. The collaboration of feminism values on the village's leadership is the base of women head village make into Bunder village as village of self-developing. In addition, innovation and utilization of information technology development is used to support various community empowerment programs. Professionalism of each field is executed according to the predefined functions. To answer the problems in this study, the authors conducted formative research with a comparative legal study specification. The research method used is library research. The results showed that the legal protection provided by law in the aspects of working time, workplace, leave, menstruation, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and work safety is not balanced with the biological tendency of women that could be painful, and even tend not to make women productive. At the same time, the law does not pay attention to the tendency of today's society that has a higher crime rate so that it is dangerous for women to work at night or in places where they cannot bring their mahram (a member of one’s family). This study used a descriptive qualitative method with content analysis techniques. Data collection was carried out by a descriptive survey through relevant research article data sources, library data sources, printed books containing a collection of Aan Mansyur's short stories published by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama in 2012. The analysis focused on the Mansyur author's thinking, social issues, traditional culture, and modern culture regarding women. The results of the study, namely the type of feminist used by the author Mansyur is existential feminism. In this case, the mother character in the short story in the Coconut Gardens in my Head shows its existence as a human being who can compete in the public sphere. Auntie Mare can pay for her children's education by working. In terms of culture, there has been a change from traditional to modern culture. Aunt Mare's character is no longer employed as ata or slave in the Bone tradition but is given a job as a gardener and barber. Generally, this work is carried out by men but through the author Mansyur, the job is taken over by women. Field findings on Islamic Psychology students of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang are still many students anxious and doubtful in their choice, especially students of rare study programs who are interested, while students of study programs who are interested in such as Islamic Psychology believe that their career choice is clearer. This study is purposed to analyze the elements of gender, organizational activeness, and school origin, their relationship with career maturity. The research was conducted in the Islamic Psychology Department using quantitative methods; the population was all students, totaling 656 people, with a sample of 132 people who were selected using the quota sampling technique. Data were collected using a career maturity scale measuring instrument and then analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that there was no difference in career maturity between male and female students. This indicates that women view careers the same as men. This study also shows that there is no difference in career maturity between students who are active in organizations and those who are not. This indicates that the gender factor does not affect career maturity and activeness in campus organizations. Other results of this study indicate that there is no difference in career maturity based on school origin. Women play a dual role not only as a housewife but also as a career woman. This study aims to analyze the participation of women workers in order to fulfilling family welfare in PTKIN in Sumatra. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data was collected by interviewing a number of female workers in several PTKIN in Sumatra, namely State Islamic University of Arraniry Banda Aceh, State Islamic University of Sumatera Utara Medan, State Islamic University of Imam Bonjol Padang, and State Islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang. The results of the research indicate that the participation of women workers in fulfilling family welfare plays an important role. Based on this research, the contribution carried out by women workers can be grouped into three namely: a. Contribute more than 50% in helping fulfill family welfare b. Contribute less than 50% in helping fulfill family welfare c. This article aims to examine the centrality of the body to explain how the discourse of nyesek is used as a benchmark of female maturity and as a standardization of the ideal wife in the Sasak tribe. This research tries to identify various traditional discourses in the Sasak tribe and study how these discourses function to discipline women. This study also tries to see the views of Sasak women, both the older generation and the younger generation, about the concept of nyesek. This research applies a qualitative descriptive approach. Data obtained through interviews with Sasak women in the range (18-80s). Since most sesek weavers are elderly who can only use the Sasak language, interpreting it into Indonesian requires an interview with a young Sasak tribe. This research seeks to show that the ability of nyesek to be learned by Sasak women not only serves to preserve tradition, but also to encourage women to have an economic role in the family. That is because most of the respondents interviewed were farmers' wives, nyesek was considered as an additional family income, even though its contribution was still small. The comprehensive service provided is able to help some survivors resolve the problem until it is complete and experience the termination process (termination of service), but not a few survivors who no longer continue accessing services so that they also experience a termination process. After termination, various dynamics of life experienced by survivors related to the violence they experienced. This is the background of this research, so that it aims to find out the lives of women survivors of domestic violence in the individual, family and social post-termination services at P2TP2A. This study uses a qualitative approach with narrative methods. Data collection is done by observation and interview techniques. The participants involved in this study were 50 women survivors of domestic violence who had accessed services at P2TP2A after termination. The results obtained from this study are that some survivors are able to see themselves more positively, have the motivation to experience positive changes in their lives, the presence of psychosocial reinforcement from the family and the environment. However, some of the other survivors remained in the domestic violence cycle, despite feeling discomfort.
