The problems of image filtration and possible probabilistic models of noise effects are presented. It was found that shape of the frequency dependence of the reflection coefficient is determined by the geometry of the double square frame of absorber. The number of resonances is determined by the frequency-selective surfaces geometry only if thickness of the dielectric substrate is less than 0.08 $lambda$. An increase in thickness of the substrate to a value of 0.1$lambda$ leads to appearance of an additional resonance in the reflection characteristic due to the excitation of surface wave. In order to increase the efficiency of using fuel and energy resources, the problems of creating distributed power supply systems are set. A system for generating electricity at a low potential heat source adapted for any production is proposed. This system uses a Tverskoy rotary engine with a built-in electric generator, which is a single turbine and generator design. The plant model is a serial connection of a nonlinear dynamic part and a static map with an extremum. Using the time-scale separation idea, the closed-loop system can be represented as two independent subsystems with different processes rates as it was shown in the previous papers. It is recommended to organize the sliding mode in the system inner loop in order to reduce the influence of the time-varying dynamic part parameters and uncontrolled disturbances. It was shown that the relay controller provides an additional effect in the form of the self-oscillations which parameters can be selected in a certain way. This self-oscillation signal can be used for a gradient estimate similar to a classic synchronous detection method. Therefore, the gradient estimator can be realized without using a special oscillations generator. In order to the extremum seeking in the outer loop it is enough to form a typical integral controller with information about the gradient. A detailed calculation procedure for the system with controlled oscillations is presented in this paper. It consists of recommendations on the choice of controller parameters as well as the amplitude and frequency of the search self-oscillations. The wind cadastre basic characteristics of the region are estimated. The average annual peak wind speed is shown to be observed in the coastal areas of the Barents Sea. Here, at a height of 10 m above the ground, the speed is of 7-8 m / s. On the White Sea coast these speed are slightly below - 5-6 m /s. There is a winter wind speed peak in coastal areas, which coincides with the cold season peak demand for heat and electricity. This is a favorable prerequisite for the successful wind energy use for the needs of electricity and heat supply. The data presented indicate that there are three principal areas of possible effective use of wind power plants (WPPs): WPP operation as wind farms for a large power system, WPP participation in the power supply of off-grid consumers (joint operation with local diesel power plants) and WPP participation in heat supply (joint operation with boiler rooms). Selected in the course of the research were the promising sites to be used to construct large wind farms on the Kola Peninsula northern coast in the Serebryanskaya and Teriberskaya HPPs region, operating as a part of the Kola energy system. Indicators of WPP joint operation with local diesel power plants (DPPs) and boiler rooms in the areas of decentralized power supply were obtained. In the latter case, the main advantage of the wind energy use is in substantial saving of expensive fossil fuels delivered to remote consumers with high transportation costs. The main feature of a half-wave transmission line is the voltage changes in the middle part of the line from the maximum, in the load mode, to zero, in the idle. This prevents the traditional parallel power take-off in this part of the line. For the selection of power from the half-wavelength transmission in the middle part of line it is proposed to use a device that stabilizes the voltage of the load when its power changes from zero to the maximum value. In power taking from half-wavelength transmission, the voltage mode in the intermediate power take-off system must comply with allowable limits and not affect the transmission mode of natural power through the line. As a result, it have been developed the device for power take-off from the half-wave transmission line. The result of the use of such a frequency Converter is the improvement of the power supply system and the electric drive system of the woodworking line. First of all, the power supply system of inverters is improved at deviations and voltage fluctuations in the network. In addition, there is a rational redistribution of generator braking energy through a common link of constant voltage between the engines and reduce energy consumption from the network. For each mode, its own version of the control law is provided, which leads to the problem of reasonable selection of their structure and parameters. Typical representatives of this class of regulators are proportional-integral-differential regulators and their variations. It is known that the efficiency of controlled objects can be improved through the use of non-linear regulators. During performance of the technological operations there are situations when mass-inertial characteristics (parameters) of the manipulator vary within wide limits. This method also allows to take into account these parameter changes. The acceleration is provided by the operation of the manipulator electric drive in a pre-saturated state but in the linear zone of the power amplifier.
