Method of Assessing Regions of Controlled Balance in Information and Telecommunications Network

Abstract

The article considers the method of detecting the region of traffic controlled balance both in time of peace and under the conditions of hostile action. The method allows defining the range of traffic change by means of network transformation at hostile action under which the network will normally function.
