For each mode, its own version of the control law is provided, which leads to the problem of reasonable selection of their structure and parameters. Typical representatives of this class of regulators are proportional-integral-differential regulators and their variations. It is known that the efficiency of controlled objects can be improved through the use of non-linear regulators.
