Advances in communication and information technology in the world of education, one of the supporters of educators in developing learning media, utilizes the e-learning system to increase the flexibility of learning and teaching. By using digital literacy, learning media can be easily accessed anytime and anywhere. This research is a descriptive study with a literature review method. Five articles were selected that discussed the differences and similarities in user satisfaction between undergraduate and postgraduate students regarding the existence of digital libraries. This study discusses similarities, dissimilarities, provides views, compares and summarizes selected articles. It was found that there are differences and similarities in user perceptions in the use of higher education digital libraries, factors that influence user satisfaction with digital libraries such as system quality, information, and services, digital library affinity, perceived ease and satisfaction felt by users. The five selected articles stated that in a group of academics in which there were undergraduate and postgraduate students had different perceptions of digital libraries. Undergraduate students tend to emphasize speed of access, while postgraduate students prioritize the validity and up-to-date of an information source to meet their needs for information. The instrument used in this study is the university library accreditation instrument listed in the national library regulations of the Republic of Indonesia number 10 of 2018. The library collection component has 26 key indicators with a maximum weight of 20. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data is through observation and structured interviews with the drafting team for the accreditation of the Indonesian Institute of Business and Informatics Library. The results showed that the Indonesian Institute of Business and Informatics Library based on the university library accreditation instrument was estimated to get a value of 13.7 out of a maximum weight of 20 for the collection component. This means that the preparation of the Indonesian Institute of Business and Informatics Library is still not optimal and must be improved again. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of Instagram social media on reading interest in the case study community on the Instagram account @komunitaspembacabuku. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The population in this study amounted to 24,300 followers with a sample of 100 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect between Instagram social media on people's reading interest (a case study on the Instagram account @komunitaspembacabuku) with a calculated f value of 53.474 3.938 or (f count ftable) so that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. based on the coefficient of determination of the Instagram social media variable (X) it affects people's reading interest (Y) by 35% while the remaining 65% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
