Sparsity problem of user rating data led to the recommendation quality of traditional collaborative filtering algorithms are far from ideal. To solve the problem, the paper first cloud model and project characteristic attributes to calculate the similarity between the project has taken into consideration in computing project similarity scores were similar between the project and consider the project between the characteristic attribute similarity, and then to predict ungraded items rated. Finally, the cloud model to calculate the similarity between users to obtain the target user's nearest neighbor. According to the establishment of wave-off system with integrated control of military power and fuzzy elevator, the WOSD is defined with reference of wave-off envelope division for \"Ramp-Strike Risk\". The burden of neural network training is reduced by establishment of \"State Risk Modeling Area: SRMA\" based on limit wave-off envelope, finally the quantitative expression of \"Ramp-Strike Risk\" in any flight states is realized through the design of BP neural network approaching risk evaluation function. Simulation results show that the outputs of BP network model designed basically accord with the expected ones, and the design of risk-evaluation method is feasible. Using the dragging type magnetometer(G882) to measure in the water's field, and calculating the 3 components of magnetic field according the measuring result, geomagnetic inclination and geomagnetic declination, and then establishing a compensating model. And then according another result (measured by the CS-L which is combined with the carrier) putting all the 2 data into the theory compensating equation to get the compensating coefficient. For now, the real compensating equation for the experimental water has been come out. Using both of the 2 types of magnetometers to survey in the other open water field, 2 groups of the newly measured data can be obtained. To substitute data (obtained by Cs-l) into the real newly established equation, the compensated data of the water field have been calculated. Then drawing a figure which contained all the 3 kinds of data together, the result of this compensation can be observed. From the figure, the reliability of this compensation's way has been verified. This Letter presents the experimental step of a project aimed at the implementation of a 2×2 MIMO-OFDM architecture to improve reliability and capacity, respectively, for wireless communications. The design of SFBC are proposed for transmit antennas that can obtain full diversity. The work is based on measurements of the MIMO channel in a portable reception environment. Therefore the description of signal processing is detailed including the pilot insertion, design of code, OFDM modulation/demodulation, channel modeling, and channel estimation. In order to improve the performance of the conventional three-phase PLL system, a new three-phase PLL method is proposed in this paper. A notch filter is designed and integrated into conventional three-phase PLL system. The result of simulation show that the proposed method can decrease the phase tracking error and frequency tracking error obviously, in particular in the case of poor power quality. According to the changes of environment around the pursuer and evader the algorithm applies flexibly. Simulation results show that the algorithm not only has the simple structure of the artificial potential field model, which can be effective in the pursuit path planning to avoid obstacles, but also can avoid deadlock problem after the improvement.
