In the paper, a new proposal is discussed to detect the targets in high resolution SAR imagery. First, the improved Lee filter using information entropy is proposed to reduce the noise and keep the detailed characteristic, then a threshold-based segmentation technique is employed to achieve cursory target detection, finally, the feature of target is extracted based on the directed gradient power (DGP). After above operation, the target is accurately detected. The basis of the generator is an avalanche transistor and a unique pulse forming circuit, which forms ultra-wideband balanced Gaussian pulses. The unique pulse forming circuit utilizes the performance of the SRD effectively to generate a couple of balanced narrow pulses with high pulse repetition frequency (PRF) up to 1MHz. A simple avalanche transistor driver is also described, which transforms a trigger signal to a driving pulse with the timing and amplitude parameters required by the SRD. After optimizing the circuit parameters and the bias conditions of the pulse generator, the design can generate a couple of balanced ultra-short electrical pulses with the peak output voltages of approximately 30V at 100 kHz PRF and the output pulse width FWHM (Full-Width at Half-Maximum) of approximately 250 ps. The method uses the characteristic of dq conversion valid values to identify voltage sag, swell and interruption. It uses wavelet multiresolution analysis for harmonics, flicker, oscillatory transient and pulse transient and calculates the energy distribution of every decomposition layer as a signal eigenvector. It implements their online identification through calculating the fuzzy nearness between the energy distribution of the measured signal and the eigenvector. In order to realize microminiaturization of optical current transformer, sensing structure must be simplified first. Considering measure performance and material character, straight light path type optical current transformer which is made of block glass is the simplest structure. The Faraday optical rotation curve which reflects the relationship between Faraday angle and magneto-optical material length has been obtained. This paper has put forward a simple algorithm of knee point, which could fix the knee point on curve fleetly. The magneto-optical material length on knee point has a highest utilization ratio. According to the research, knee point position is related with glasses location and sectional shape of conductor. There are many methods to calculate trust of peer who has direct interaction, but there are few methods for indirect interaction peers. Each peer in P2P networks can be not only the resource provider, but also the resource user, Based on the characteristics of peer interactions, this paper presents a new method called Max-aggregation, which calculates peer's reputation through the view of multidimensional and multiattribute, and get the indirect reputation using trust propagation and aggregation in the web of trust (WOT), the complete probability formula is applied to get the predictive trust value. Waveform design is a principal important issue before radar imaging successfully in MIMO. There are two main requirements for the waveform used in MIMO radar imaging: the signals should be orthogonal and its auto-correlation function should have low side lobe noise and narrow main lobe. This paper analyses statistical characteristics of random stepped frequency (RSF) signal's auto-correlation deeply and proves that large stepped frequency number is suitable for MIMO imaging radar. Then a method for designing random stepped frequency-coding waveforms by modified genetic algorithm is presented here. A random matrix is used for initializing the genetic algorithm, and annealing algorithm is applied here for avoiding GA's disadvantages such as prematurity. In this paper, a single-channel method based on multi-resolution wavelet is proposed. Multi-resolution wavelet is involved in decomposing and reconstructing the signal, so that the envelope of signal spectrum can be extracted. Then, calculate the required gain of each feature point. After that, the gain of entire signal spectrum is obtained by interpolation algorithm. Although several commercial protocol analyzers are available in the markets, they are too expensive or difficult to be altered to fit in with the needs of new protocols. In this paper, we present a protocol analysis platform based on open source software, which provides a general, extensible, and easy-to-use framework. We have implemented and tested fully functional prototype for TETRA trunking system, which can provide bit-level packet inspection, performance statistics, message flow analysis, and application information extraction. Tradeoff between the two metrics is represented by sensing duration and sensing period, which are among the most important parameters in spectrum sensing. Aiming at maximize overall available spectrum opportunity, an efficiency-accuracy tradeoff is proposed with interference to licensed user under specified threshold. Based on Neyman-Pearson criterion, joint optimal mathematical model is established and closed-form expressions are derived.
