The difficulty is to obtain individual vehicle from one blob when some vehicles merged together in the blob in the foreground mask. We present a method that can detect the number of occluded vehicles in one blob and the segmentation points based on the effective skeleton nodes, and then segment occluded vehicles in one blob associated with concave spots. The integrated navigation filter and Kalman filter were designed to ensure accuracy and availability of the positioning and velocity solution in the cases of high dynamic flight trajectory and low signal to noise ratio. Furthermore, a composite integrity method which comprised the integrated navigation filter residual detection and the rate detection based on robust differentiation via sliding mode was proposed to monitor the integrity of this ultra-tight integration system. Three definitions of function capacity, outage capacity and expected capacity in network information theory are narrated. Multiple-input and multiple-output, relay and conferencing are usually adopted for cooperation in MANET to tackle the problems of dynamic channel state information and non-equilibrium. The capacity, which is the fundamental performance upper bound, together with layerless dynamic network design and combined optimization are three key issues when considering usability and utility in MANET. The physical model that had been established in SOLIDWORKS was imported into COMSOL to conduct the simulation of temperature field analysis. In comparison with the experimental data that was given by the TBEA TIANJIN TRANSFORMERS CO., LTD, we testified the hypothesis that the fluid-solid coupling model which is considering the existence of air flow can more precisely show the distribution of the temperature field of dry-type transformer. We can gain the hotter spot of the dry-type transformer in accordance with the simulation diagram of dry-type transformers temperature distribution. This paper presents a hybrid key management mechanism with double cluster heads based on the advantages and disadvantages of the two managements: a hybrid key management scheme based on the clustering structure, using asymmetric keys to aid in the distribution of symmetric key. This program sets up a spare cluster head within the cluster. Responsible for the safety of the nodes in the cluster. Spare cluster head can effectively prevent the cluster node does not work due to the cluster head invalid. It is a non-contact and low power consumption gadget. It is based on wireless ZigBee protocol and very smart to install. The wireless torque measuring gadget is mounted on high speed rotating shaft to measure the torque and send data wirelessly to the receiver. In this paper, the shadow effect and sample rate are also tested to satisfy performance.
