In comparison with the experimental data that was given by the TBEA TIANJIN TRANSFORMERS CO., LTD, we testified the hypothesis that the fluid-solid coupling model which is considering the existence of air flow can more precisely show the distribution of the temperature field of dry-type transformer. We can gain the hotter spot of the dry-type transformer in accordance with the simulation diagram of dry-type transformers temperature distribution. 摘要

利用专业机械设计程序SOLIDWORKS建立干式变压器的物理模型,根据热传导理论计算铁芯和绕组温升。将在SOLIDWORKS中建立的物理模型导入COMSOL中,进行温度场模拟分析。通过与天津电变变压器有限公司提供的实验数据的对比,验证了考虑气流存在的流固耦合模型能更准确地反映干式变压器温度场分布的假设。根据干式变压器温度分布仿真图,可以得到干式变压器的热点。为干式变压器在线监测时传感器的安装位置和优化设计提供了有力的支持。
