This good method just exploited gray images for face recognition rather than color face recognition. In this paper, we extend TPTSR for color face recognition. We first exploit the first, second and third channels of each color image to produce recognition scores and then use a fusion scheme to obtain the ultimate fusion score for face recognition. Finally we use the fusion score to classify test samples. Our experiments compare our method with the original TPTSR, PCA, LDA, LPCA, KLDA on AR color face database. Our experiment results demonstrate that our method take a good performance on color face recognition.","PeriodicalId":394548,"journal":{"name":"2012 Second International Conference on Instrumentation, Measurement, Computer, Communication and Control","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122336839","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It describes the mathematical model of the satellites and proposes a control algorithm based on multi-mode switching of control moment gyros. The proposed algorithm is effective to avoid the singularity of control moment gyros while making the satellite achieve fast attitude maneuver. Sliding-mode variable structure controller is designed to minimize the error attitude and further accelerates the attitude convergence speed. At last, referring to the vibration equation, a strain rate feedback controller is used to suppress the satellite vibration quickly. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is illustrated with a numerical simulation example.","PeriodicalId":394548,"journal":{"name":"2012 Second International Conference on Instrumentation, Measurement, Computer, Communication and Control","volume":"2014 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128220718","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We propose a group mobility model based on normal cloud model to overcome this drawback. In this model, forward normalized cloud is used to convert qualitative concept into nodal position sets of numerical representation. And backward normalized cloud is used to convert nodal position sets into node distribution. Moreover, by adjusting entropy and hyper entropy of normal cloud model, controlling coverage area and dispersion degree of MNs are respectively obtained. Additionally, we conduct a comparative performance of routing protocol using Reference Point Group Mobility (RPGM) model as well as Gibbs sampler based simulated annealing Group Mobility (GGM) model. As expected, the results show that different group mobility models have different impact on the performance evaluation of ad hoc network protocol.","PeriodicalId":394548,"journal":{"name":"2012 Second International Conference on Instrumentation, Measurement, Computer, Communication and Control","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129797519","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Besides providing a detailed discussion on the encoding & decoding mechanism of R-S code, this studycompleted software simulation and hardware verification of R-S (63, 47, 8) code. When the error probability is 10<sup>-5</sup>, the coding gain of R-S (63, 47, 8) can be up to 4dB. Compared to the R-S (31, 15, 17) code using m = 5 [8], when the E<sub>b</sub>/N<sub>0</sub> is 5dB, the error probability of is 10<sup>-2</sup>, and the error probability in thisarticle is 10<sup>-4</sup>, indicating that the R-S (63, 47, 8) implemented in this study has better correction capacity. At same bit error probability P<sub>b</sub> = 10<sup>-5</sup>, the E<sub>b</sub>/N<sub>0</sub> value of R-S (31, 15, 17) is 7dB, yet, the E<sub>b</sub>/N<sub>0</sub>value of R-S (63, 47, 8) is 5.5dB. There is a 1.5dB difference between them. When the error probability is 10<sub>-4</sub>, the E<sub>b</sub>/N<sub>0</sub> of R-S code (63, 47, 8) in this study is about 5 dB, and the R-S (63, 47, 8) [9] is 7 dB. There is a 2 dB gain for the R-S code in this study. The result of the compiling verification of the 5641R FPGA module of LabView FPGA Reed-Solomon code shows that the Total Slice use rate is 6.8% the use rate of the Slice Register is 2%, and the use rate of the S lice LUTs is 4.5%.","PeriodicalId":394548,"journal":{"name":"2012 Second International Conference on Instrumentation, Measurement, Computer, Communication and Control","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130357689","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
