Instead of engaging a single user and the dialogue system in an ordinary dialogue, a multisession dialogue eventually invokes multiple successive users related by resource conflicts. Thus, the dialogue system should take an intermediary role to communicate with these users by creating several successive sessions in order to reach a better compromised solution among them. In this paper, we present an approach to managing the goal of a multisession dialogue by using an AND-OR tree, in order to bring the performance to our spoken dialogue system. In common with the notion of dialogue agenda, a multisession dialogue is totally managed by using a tree of conflicting goals. Such CNNs can be efficiently used to implement the transform but here we will introduce RDT as a general purpose algorithm. While having a computational complexity with several orders of magnitude less than traditional (e.g. DCT, Mel Cepstral, etc.) methods, RDT it is shown to be well suited for signal classification, recognition and detection. The main problem in most wrapper induction methods is the difficulty in discriminating the meaningful blocks that contain the target information from the noise blocks that contains irrelevant information such as advertisements, menus, or copyright statements. To solve this problem, this paper proposes the RIPB(recognizing informative page blocks) algorithm that detects the informative blocks in a Web page by exploiting the visual block segmentation scheme. RIPB uses the visual page segmentation algorithm to analyze and partition a Web page into a set of logical blocks, and then groups related blocks with similar structures into a block cluster and recognizes the informative block clusters by applying some heuristic rules to the cluster information. The 2D-GE images, which represent protein signals as spots of various intensities and sizes, may yield a lot of information that can help the biologists for exploring the elements affecting human health. Automatic analysis for the gel images can help saving time and labor for biologist in identifying and matching the proteins across the 2D-GE images in which protein spot segmentation is a critical step. In this paper, we present a novel approach for protein spot detection, which is a marker-free watershed that does not require specification of predefined markers for the process of finding watershed contour lines. This approach includes a selective nonlinear filter and pixel intensity distribution analysis for removing local minima which causes over-segmentation when applying watershed transform. It then superimposes those true minima over the reconstructed gradient image before applying watershed transform for spot segmentation. However, there are in fact several sources of side effects, including a subtle one caused by element constructing in the current version, data manipulation outside of the language by user-code via API, and possible future update extensions. They prevent an implementation from optimization by reordering the execution or parallel processing. In this paper, two approaches are proposed to tackle these obstacles. One is to reconsider the treatment of the store, and the other is to introduce a way to identify the portions where the updates actually take place. Words can have several meanings or senses, and a use of the word out of context is ambiguous between these senses. Mutual information is a relation measure which represents relation between a word and another word. To disambiguate the lexical ambiguity in the retrieved documents, we re-evaluate relation between terms of retrieved document and terms of query. In this paper, we discuss a resolving of word sense ambiguity of information retrieval that is two-level document ranking method using mutual information. At the first level, we retrieve documents based on an automatically constructed keyword index. At the second-level, we reorder the retrieved documents using mutual information. We show that our method provides a resolving of word sense ambiguity in the retrieved documents. This paper presents a segmentation method based on three-dimensional network of synchronized oscillators applied for 3D MR liver images. Principles of oscillator network operation were described. The network was tested on sample 3D artificial images, one corrupted by noise and distorted by non-uniform illumination and second containing textures. Segmentation results of liver images were compared and discussed with those obtained with the use of multilayer feedforward perceptron (MLP). However, although such new encoding technology is the main factor in improving the encoding efficiency, it is simultaneously a highly complex factor. Therefore, the H264 standard is used widely in real applications where the speed elevation of these technologies is essential. The proposed fast motion vector search technique supports the fastest compensation of the variable size block motion that is suitable for the motion vector conclusions which comprise a significant proportion of the encoding complexity in this paper. In addition, a fast-mode decision algorithm capable of deciding various encoding optimal values of H.264 is proposed. Because the proposed fast mode decision algorithm is capable of deciding the mode early, the method enables the omission of the computational procedure of rate-distortion cost and the efficient operation of the motion vector search technique.
