A New Approach on Heart Murmurs Classification with SVM Technique 基于支持向量机的心脏杂音分类新方法

The 459 heart sound signals with 196 normal and 263 abnormal sound cases acquired from 6 healthy volunteers and 30 patients were tested. Considering the morphological characteristics of PSD of the heart sound in frequency domain, we proposed two diagnostic parameters fmax and fwidth. In order to detect abnormality of heart sound and to discriminate the heart murmurs, the multi-SVM classifiers composed of four SVM modules were considered and designed. With the proposed cardiac sound spectral analysis method, the high classification performances were achieved by 99.90% specificity and 99.52% sensitivity for classifying normal and abnormal sounds. In a seamless game world, a player may be unknowingly interacting with objects that are actually being controlled by multiple game processes or servers. The game world is divided into several small pieces and managed by a cluster of game servers. Despite the efforts of developers, gamers are suffered from huge message traffic which comes from the chatting between gamers and the rendering of scene. This paper presents a method for the reducement of migration latency between game servers. Usually, message traffic reaches the peak when a player character is willing to move and is moving to other field server. Our studies designed the broadband power line communication (BPLC) home controller which could save much cost at a network infrastructure by using the existing power line at home. The BPLC home controllers could control various domestic appliances such as a digital door-lock, a boiler, an oven and etc., because these controllers had various I/O specifications. We selected the Jini technology surrogate architecture as a home network middleware for our system, this technology was designed to access a home network system without a limitation of the devices. And the client application program of the system managed and monitored the BPLC home controller via Web browser. It has a phase and frequency detector (PD and FD), which incorporates a half rate bang-bang type oversampling PD and a half- rate frequency detector that can achieve low-jitter operation and improve pull-in range. The PD of oversampling method finds a phase error by generating four phase up/down signals. The FD of quadri-correlator method finds a frequency error by generating frequency up/down signals. Therefore these six signals control three charge pump respectively. It also has a ring oscillator type voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) and three charge pumps (CP). The VCO consists of four fully differential delay cells with rail-to-rail current bias scheme that can increase the VCO tuning range and tuning linearity. The CDR circuit was designed using 0.18 um 1P6M CMOS process for implementation. It is difficult to evaluate the physiological functions of the storage and voiding of the bladder. In this study, we constructed an ambulatory urodynamic monitoring (AUM) system and proposed a novel method for estimating abdominal pressure by bio-impedance changes and EMG activity. The system was evaluated in 10 patients. As the intensity of the abdomen contraction increased, the amplitude of bio-impedance signal and the RMS value of EMG increased as compared to those observed during resting. The correlation coefficient was 0.72 for the \"weak\" contraction, 0.96 for \"strong\" contraction, 0.90 for \"stronger\" contraction, 0.84 for \"vigorous\" contraction and 0.78 for \"maximal\" contraction. Also, daily events such as coughing, sneezing and conversation, were sensitively monitored by observing the amplitude change of the bio-impedance signals. It was designed to overcome the limitation of the original JPEG standard and provide high quality images at low bit rates. The JPEG2000 algorithm is fundamentally based on the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and embedded block coding with optimal truncation (EBCOT). Both algorithms are computation- and memory- intensive. JPEG2000 uses an adapted version of Q-coder, called MQ-coder. Pervious researches mainly focused on speeding up the DWT and BPC other than renormalization part of MQ-coder. Renormalization procedure in MQ-coder contributes to the computation in relatively high percentage. In this paper, we propose an enhanced renormalization algorithm for arithmetic coding in EBCOT tier-1 coding procedure. By analyzing and simplifying the existing algorithm, the proposed algorithm can reduce the computation with a significant percentage. The principle of its operation is based on a technique of alternate visual half-field stimulation, proposed recently by second of the authors. Microcontroller and DSP integrated circuits are used to generate the signals driving light-emitting diodes for visual stimulation and to detect brain response in the EEG signal. The EEG signal is measured from 3 electrodes placed on occipital part of the scalp using a battery- operated amplifier and A/C converter. A Bluetooth chip is used to transmit the stream of measured data to the processor. The amount of pattern units is proportionate to the training samples. So in order to simplify the GRNN's structure, some of the representative samples should be selected to build the network. This paper takes the fuzzy means clustering algorithm. It combines with a similarity measurement, which is calculated between input elements, to find the best clustering centers. According to the simulation results, this strategy can largely simplify the GRNN's structure and significantly improve the network's efficiency with just a tiny of loss in accuracy. The primary goal is to provide constant-bit-rate voice call services to pairs of autonomous mobile nodes operating in ad hoc networks. Here, a time-slot reservation based MAC is considered to provide real-time voice calls, and a new MAC called the time-slot reservation coordination function (TRCF) is presented. In addition to this isochronous type MAC protocol development, the proposed protocol is modeled using a Markov chain in order to predict its behavior. NMF has been applied to various problem domains. So far there has been no fixed rule to select the number of NMF factoring (i.e. the desired factor r). In music transcription, the value r has the semantic of the desired musical line. If the r is not set correctly, the transcription output will not be accurate. In this paper, we present a tactic to get around this issue. We found that by concatenating an input audio stream with another audio stream with prior knowledge of r, where r ges the number of musical lines; we are guaranteed to get the correct number of musical lines in the transcription output. In our approach, NMF is applied to extract musical notes from FFT coefficients extracted from input polyphonic audio streams.
