This paper builds the co-simulation model of steer-by-wire and FlexRay bus on the basis of CANoe_MATLAB, which combines the advantages of CANoe(bus) and Matlab /Simulink (modeling) together, Steer-by-wire is simulated by Matlab /Simulink, FlexRay bus network is simulated by CANoe, which also verified by the hardware in loop. Starting from space voltage vector, this text adopts the method of multiple vector synthesis and mutual switch control of motor air-gap flux according to speed variation, to analyze and design an AC variable speed system of direct torque control. This text analyzes the control mode of hexagon flux linkage and polygon flux linkage in detail, and states the implementation process of rotor flux observation and choosing switch state based on flux tolerance. According to the designed mechanism structure, a pseudo rigid body (PRB) model is set up, and then the kinematics and statics are studied in a polar coordinate system. The workspace analysis is given subsequently according to the motion ranges of flexure hinges and actuators. To examine the static performance of the mechanism and verify the accuracy of the established kinematic model, finite element analysis (FEA) is carried out using ANSYS software. The localization is performed using stochastically robust methods to allow applicability under real-world conditions including imperfect sensor calibration or imprecise information about the tracks.
