Based on the closed-loop paper tension control theory, by conducting a research into the simulation of paper tension control system with MATLAB/SIMULINK, presented the closed-loop control diagram about the paper tension control system. Under different control parameter, the value of the overshoot, respond speed and residual of the system varies. This paper presents an algorithm to calculate delay of reversible network. In the process of calculating delay, we not only take the complexity of different logic gates into consideration, but also the relationship between the output delay of the target bits and all inputs delay of the controlled reversible logic gates is considered. We use the algorithm to calculate the delay in reversible logic circuits synthesized and optimized by several different reversible logic synthesis methods. Then we analyze the performance of these reversible logic synthesis methods in delay level. Through the comparative analysis, we prove that these reversible logic synthesis methods for some function in reducing quantum cost have a good effect, but not in delay level. Cu, %n and Mn were analyzed by ICP-MS and ICP-OES respectively. The results indicated that the mean concentrations of Cu and Mn were higher than their mean values in Sichuan province; pH value and organic matter had negative and positive correlation with heavy metals concentration (p<;0.01); health hazard of individual person of three heavy metals is 1.065×10-3 to adult, and 3.107×10-3 to child; Mn contributed a lot to the non carcinogenic risk. This paper introduced a simulation interactive technology based on parameter file with variable number of parameters. It is implemented by associating parameter file with interactive database file, and applied the technology in YHSIM software. Single Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) is one of the most important active devices that are able to detect photons. When a photon is detected, the SPAD will generate an increasing current and a short duration voltage pulse. As a result, this SPAD device must be biased by a quenching circuit, which, after rapid sensing of the avalanche current, must be able to switch off and reset the diode to its initial condition as fast as possible. Since the number of pulses generated by a SPAD in a particular time interval is proportional to the intensity of the photons falling on the SPAD, a readout approach based upon 2D arrays is therefore created. In this paper, a compact active quenching circuit and an innovative readout circuit are both presented. Compared to other quenching and readout circuitry in many literatures, the active quenching circuit performs ultrafast and the readout circuit provides two different output methods.
