In this paper, we present a method for detection of billet characters from measurements of recursive segmented image. This recursive segmented method can be used in a wide variety of billet scenes. According to high temperature and complex scene in the rolling line, we use an effective clustering and projection characteristics to determine the terminal condition of recursive segmentation. Then we can label character candidate regions in turn by this effective characteristics, and select the regions we want to achieve. The experiments show that this method makes full use of the characteristics of region and clustering. The MSMA material has another property yet: the MSMA material can change its magnetic property when it is subjected to mechanical force, which is known as inverse characteristics of MSMA. In this paper, a testing device which is used to testing external characteristics of MSMA material is presented. When the MSMA material is mechanically compressed by static force, a larger variation of magnetic flux density can be caused; a higher induced voltage is output under the action of impact force; the change laws of induced voltage peak-peak are studied under different input conditions (frequency, exciting force). System architecture of school news information system for CZ college is designed, and system architecture figure is finished. The function of school news information system for CZ college is designed, and the function tree is established, the function model is set up with IDEF0 method. The motion equation is derived according to the characteristics of eccentric. The comprehensive analysis of the system trajectory is conducted. The basic parameters (eccentricity, deviation angle, etc) of double eccentric on the influence of the trajectory are studied. The characteristic of the double eccentric wheel mechanism is analyzed as the unidirectional intermittent motion mechanism. The relationship between the characteristic of the unidirectional intermittent motion and the design of parameters is revealed. It is proved that the double eccentric instead of two degrees of freedom drive is feasible. The synchronization of system is effectively solved. The results show that the Euler-Euler method is the most suitable for the air-water two-phase flow. The advantages and disadvantages of three multiphase flow models (VOF, Mixture and Eulerian model) are analyzed and the results show that the Eulerian model is most popular and accurate for simulation the strong turbulent air-water two-phase flow, especially needing to consider the conversion of continuous and discrete phase. A segment erector with six degrees of freedom driven by electro-hydraulic system is designed, and the segment erecting process is introduced. The kinematics and dynamics models, as well as the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic system are proposed to facilitate the positioning process and joint force analysis. Three different segment positioning control strategies are employed separately, and comparisons are made in terms of precision and impact force. Special reference speed and displacement/angle run curves are selected to control the segment positioning process. Simulations are carried out to calculate the impact force and positioning error. At first, the BOC navigation signal and the pulse per second (PPS) generated by navigation time keeping system are sampled synchronously. After the sampling data of BOC signal is preprocessed, a serial-to-parallel transform is done for the intermediate frequency carried BOC signal data, the high rate data stream is converted into several low rate data streams. Parallel capture of code phase is done and the pesudocode starting point of each data stream can be gotten. With sampling data of PPS, the start points of the absolute delay can be decided. Integrating with the calibration delay of the preprocessing, time division processing, test cables and attenuator, the absolute delay of BOC navigation signal for transmitting channel is obtained. Based on composite plane theory, the pavement structure widely used in China has been proposed as a composite plane with 6 layers, and been performed through linear perturbation and frequency analysis using three-dimension Finite element method.
