The paper adopted Rough Sets to extract the attribute characteristics of leakage fault signal and then to build the decision table. As the training sample of Support Vector Machine, the criterion by decision rules between the leakage fault signals and line detection method to detect fault line accurately can be gotten. This paper designs and realizes an image mosaic technique based on the information of edge. The technology is suitable for engineering application. First of all, two images of the adjoining frames are processed by convolution operation, get the edge images. And then we cut edge image into pieces and compute their spatial frequency. According to the value of the spatial frequency select reasonable registration model group. We compute correlation strength and the value of movement offset which are the model group and the current frame edge image. We can complete image mosaic by them. We use video sequence which of the resolution is 1024 * 768 do the experiment. The results show that the method has good effect and strong adaptability. Algorithm is high efficiency which running time is 24 ms. It is suitable for real-time processing requirements of the application. Because of the intrinsic characteristic of the hard computability, this problem cannot be solved accurately by efficient algorithms up to now. The stochastic diffusion search algorithm is a newly population-based algorithm whose operating mechanism is quite different from ordinary intelligent algorithms, so bring it with special advantage in solving some optimization problems. By carefully studied the stochastic diffusion search algorithm we designed a cellular automata stochastic diffusion search algorithm for the rectilinear Steiner minimum tree problem that has low time complexity. Its actuators include the major rotor inside the duct, four auxiliary rotors surrounding the major rotor and two ailerons at the end of the duct. The auxiliary rotors have the similar functions as that of the major rotor and ailerons in order to make the system to own the ability of reconfigurable control. The Newton-Euler method is adopted to build the 6 DOF(degree of freedom) dynamic model of the URAV. Based on the model, the controllability and dynamic characteristic of the system is analyzed near the hover state, and it is proved that the control of the lateral attitude and vertical displacement have better dynamic responses. Then, the multi-models reconfigurable control method is adopted to build the flight control system in order to verify the fault tolerance of the URAV. The result shows that the URAV has robustness to some kinds of failure. The results show that the increase of crack length significantly reduces the tensile strength and tensile strain, and have an effect on Young's modulus. Firstly, the average travel speed, the average delay per unit distance, the average stop number per unit distance, the average stops time per unit distance and the saturation of road sections are selected to build traffic congestion evaluation system. The evaluation criteria of five indexes are determined by the regression analysis of floating car data. Then, the principal components analysis method is applied to define the weigh which is based on the monitoring sample information, and the expert scoring method is supplemented to do some amendments. The multi-ingredient assessment is transformed into the single-object decision by the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and the traffic congestion index concept is proposed.
