The evaluation criteria of five indexes are determined by the regression analysis of floating car data. The multi-ingredient assessment is transformed into the single-object decision by the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and the traffic congestion index concept is proposed. 摘要

为了准确表征道路交通状况,克服单一评价因素的不足,有必要建立交通拥堵评价体系。首先,选取平均行车速度、单位距离平均延误、单位距离平均停车次数、单位距离平均停车时间和路段饱和度,构建交通拥堵评价体系;通过对浮车数据的回归分析,确定了五个指标的评价标准。然后,运用主成分分析法,根据监测样本信息确定权重,并辅以专家评分法进行修正;通过改进的模糊综合评价模型,将多因素评价转化为单目标决策,提出了交通拥堵指数概念。最后,对区域交通改善规划进行了交通拥堵评价体系。
