Turning from this point, this article would like to talk about ideas on annulement (naskh) in which is broadly criticized by many contemporary Moslem scholars, i.e. a well known Muslim contemporary scholar from Egypt, Jasser Auda (1966 - now), trough maqashid (purposes of sharia) approach. By using bibliographical studies, this article would like to criticize dig on thoughts proposed and developed by Jasser Auda pertaining to the theory of naskh from the maqasid approach which could help us to get a more comprehensive understanding and discussion dealing with naskh theory in Al-Qur’an.ABSTRAKSebagai bagian penting dalam kajian studi Al-Qur'an ('ulūmul Qur'ān), teori pembatalan (naskh) telah banyak dibahas dan dikritisi secara luas, baik oleh ahli Ushuliy maupun Mufassirin, sejak periode klasik tentang kemungkinan kejadian naskh dalam Al-Qur'an serta jenis dan modelnya sebagai contoh. Berangkat dari poin ini, artikel ini ingin membahas tentang gagasan tentang pembatalan (naskh) yang banyak dikritik oleh para ulama kontemporer, diantaranya oleh seorang sarjana kontemporer Muslim terkenal asal Mesir, Jasser Auda (1966 - sekarang), melalui pendekatan maqashid (tujuan syariah). Dengan menggunakan kajian kepustakaan, artikel ini hendak menggali secara kritis pemikiran-pemikiran yang dikemukakan dan dikembangkan oleh Jasser Auda mengenai teori naskh dari pendekatan maqashid yang dapat membantu kita untuk mendapatkan pemahaman dan pembahasan yang lebih komprehensif mengenai teori naskh dalam Al-Qur'an. Some commentators interpret the word amtsal, as tasybih and majaz, and others interpret it as i'jaz. This paper uses the method of interpretation of tahlili, through the approach of the field of amtsal al-Qur'an, literature research. The main sources are the books of tafsir, with the aim of studying and knowing the lafadz al-bai'u mitslu al-riba according to the mufassirs. So that the economic principles of monotheism, humanity, justice and peace were developed. The conclusion of this article is that Allah deliberately raised the parable of the ignorant, because socio-cultural Arab society and humans in general have a culture that is difficult to abandon the practice of usury until now, even building the image of tasybih maqlūb style that usury and buying and selling are the same in terms of taking more profit.ABSTRAKTulisan ini membicarakan pandangan para mufassir tentang lafadz al-bai’u mitslu al-riba dalam surah al-Baqarah ayat 275. Sebahagian mufassir menafsirkan lafaz amtsal, sebagai tasybih dan majaz, dan lainya memaknai dengan i’jaz. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penafsiran tahlili, melalui pendekatan bidang amtsal al-Qur’an, penelitian kepustakaan. Sumber utama adalah kitab-kitab tafsir, dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengetahui lafadz al-bai’u mitslu al-riba menurut para mufassir. Sehingga terbangun prinsip ekonomi ketauhidan, kemanusiaan, keadilan dan kedamaian. This is marked by the emergence of a number of scholars who are famous for their various works and discuss various aspects related to the content of the holy book, one of which is Ibn Qutaibah who lived in the 3rd century AH with various monumental works such as the book Ta'wil Musykil Al- Quran. In this book, he displays takwil or explanations of various utterances that he considers musykil, so that with the takwil he did, then what was previously considered musykil seen to have become something clearer. The recitation of the pronunciation of the verse he chose not only uses reason alone, but also seen by considering the language factor, so that the recitation does not deviate from the rules of language. His efforts should help us to be more aware of the uniqueness of the language of the Qur'an itself, not even enough to get there, but also he has played an active role in making the people aware of the greatness of the Divine Word which is a guide for all human beings. Although his description musykil covers a lot of themes, but this simple writing only describes a few things, such as related to majaz, isti`arah, al-hazfu, words that have different meanings and related letters ma'ani.ABSTRAKKajian tentang Al-Quran dalam berbagai dimensinya senantiasa aktual sejak zaman klasik hingga kini. Hal ini ditandai dengan munculnya sejumlah ulama yang terkenal dengan berbagai karyanya dan membahas berbagai sisi terkait isi atau kandungan Kitab suci itu, salah satunya adalah Ibnu Qutaibah yang hidup pada abad ke 3 hijriyah dengan berbagai karya monumentalnya antara lain adalah kitab Ta'wil Musykil Al-Quran. Dalam kitab ini, beliau paparkan takwil atau penjelasan terhadap berbagai lafaz yang beliau anggap musykil, sehingga dengan takwil yang beliau lakukan, maka apa yang tadinya dipandang musykil terlihat telah menjadi sesuatu yang lebih jelas. Penakwilan terhadap lafaz ayat yang beliau pilih tidak hanya menggunakan nalar semata, tapi juga terlihat dengan mempertimbangkan faktor bahasa, sehingga takwil yang dilakukan tidak menyimpang dari kaidah bahasa. Upaya yang beliau lakukan kiranya dapat membantu kita untuk lebih menyadari akan keunikan gaya bahasa Al-Quran itu sendiri, bahkan tidak cukup sampai di situ, melainkan juga beliau telah berperan aktif untuk menyadarkan umat akan keagungan Kalam Ilahi yang menjadi petunjuk bagi sekalian manusia itu. Walaupun uraian beliau tentang takwil musykil itu memuat cakupan tema yang cukup banyak, namun tulisan yang sederhana ini hanya memaparkan beberapa hal saja, seperti terkait majaz, isti`arah, al-hazfu, lafaz yang memiliki makna yang berbeda serta terkait huruf ma'ani. He is a person who has a steady income, but that income is not sufficient for his daily needs, so the main question in this paper is how the Qur'an cares for the economic empowerment of the poor. The method used in this research is a qualitative method which refers to the books in question. The results of the research conclude that the Qur'an contains steps to empower them, so that their standard of living is equal to that of other people. There are three steps regulated by the Qur'an regarding efforts to empower the poor, namely the provision of capital through voluntary giving (infaq), compulsory giving (zakat) and through paying off kafarah from people who have transgressed Allah's laws.ABSTRAKTulisan ini mengetengahkan tentang kepedulian al-Qur’an dalam memberdayakan ekonomi orang-orang miskin, yang sangat membutuhkan perhatian dari semua pihak. Ia adalah orang yang memiliki penghasilan tetap, tetapi penghasilan itu tidak mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya sehari-hari maka yang menjadi pertanyaan pokok dalam tulisan ini adalah bagaimana langkah-langkah kepedulian al-Qur’an dalam memberdayakan ekonomi orang-orang miskin. Adapun metode yang digunakan daam penelitian ini adalah metode kuaitatif yang merujuk kepada buku-buku yang ebrsangkutan. Hasil peneitian menyimpulkan bahwa al-Qur’an telah memuat langkah-langkah untuk dapat memberdayakan mereka, agar taraf hidupnya setara dengan orang-orang lain. It studies the essential ideas he developed in his discussion of hadith as reflected in his works such as Sahih al-Bukhari The Early Years of Islam; Islam at The Crossroads (chapter “Hadith and Sunnah” and “The Spirit of the Sunnah”); This Law of Ours and Other Essays, The Road to Mecca and The Message of the Qur’an. The influence of hadith was also deeply manifested in his “journalistic monologue” Arafat: A Monthly Critique of Muslim Thought, a periodical he founded in 1946 in Kashmir and other works that addresses significance principles and issues of hadith and essays that incorporate rising themes in contemporary ages, such as “Social and Cultural Realities of the Sunnah”. The research was structured based on descriptive, analytical, historical and comparative method. It attempts to analyse the crucial ideas of hadith principles brought forth by Asad and compared these with other critical views set forth of classical Muslim traditionists. The study concluded that Muhammad Asad had significantly contributed to the revival and development of hadith in the modern world with his profound translation and commentary of al-Bukhari’s Sahih – Sahih al-Bukhari The Early Years of Islam - that extensively survey the significant tradition of hadith and its intellectual and historical manifestation over centuries. He also responded to the traditional arguments by historians and orientalists who were sceptical of the historical authenticity of hadith narrative and tradition.ABSTRAKMakalah ini menyorot fikrah hadith Muhammad Asad (1990-1992) dan kontribusinya dalam pemahaman hadith kontemporer. The rules needed by the exegetes in understanding the Qur'an include appreciation of its uslubs, understanding of its origins, mastery of its secrets and linguistic rules. Siti Aisyah's contribution in the Interpretation of the Qur'an has become a reference for many mufassirins, whose interpretation results are written in the books of Hadith, there is even a special section of the Muslim hadith books, namely the chapter on the hadith books of interpretation. How qawaid and ushul interpretation siti aisyah in the book of hadith Sahih Muslim is the goal of solving the problem of this article. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) which is a systematic way to collect, critically evaluate, integrate and present findings from various research studies on research questions or topics of interest. The SLR provides a way to assess the level of quality of existing evidence on a question or topic of interest. The SLR provides a broader and more accurate level of understanding than traditional literature reviews. The results of this study were found five verses interpreted by Siti Aisyah in the book of Hadith Sahih Muslim. The details of the explanation can be seen in the discussion chapter. This research is useful for developing the results of the interpretation of the Companions in mapping the methodology of interpretation, qawaid Tafsir and Usul Tafsir.ABSTRAKQawaid Tafsir mempunyai maksud ialah kaidah-kaidah yang diperlukan oleh para mufasir dalam memahami ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Kaidah-kaidah yang diperlukan para mufasir dalam memahami Al-Qur’an meliputi penghayatan uslub-uslub nya, pemahaman asal-asal nya, penguasaan rahasia-rahasia nya dan qaidah-qaidah kebahasaan. Kontribusi Siti Aisyah dalam Penafsiran Al Qur’an banyak menjadi referensi bagi para mufassirin, yang hasil dari penafsiran nya tersebut tertulis dalam kitab kitab Hadis, bahkan ada bagian khusus dari kitab hadis Muslim yatu bab kitab hadis tafsir. Bagaimana qawaid dan ushul tafsir siti aisyah dalam kitab hadis sahih Muslim menjadi tujuan dari penyelesaian masalah artikel ini. Consequently, it is obligatory to recite it every time they pray. Meanwhile practically, in the jahar prayer, some of the congregations recite the al-Fatihah, but some however rejected. There is an obligation to listen to the imam reciting. This article examines some hadiths of reciting al-Fatihah for the congregation in the jahar prayer and its wisdom. This research uses the approach of hadith studies and Islamic jurisprudence. In collecting data, the takhrij hadith method was used with hadith tracing techniques through the al-Fatihah theme. There are two stages in analyzing the data. First, by using textual and contextual understanding methods in analyzing the dilalah hadith partially. Second, using the method of al-jam’u wa al-taufiq, takhshis, tarjih, maqasid al-shari’ah, and hikmat al-tashri’ in analyzing the hadiths collectively. This study shows that reading the al-Fatihah is obligatory for every congregation except in the jahar prayer for two main reasons. First, imams represent their congregations. Second, the congregations listen to their imams carefully for orderly prayer and appreciate the meaning of the al-Fatihah which implies for the congregation character building. The congregations can remind the imams if they recite incorrecly and so that the entire congregation can recite amen at the right time together.ABSTRAKSurat Al-Fatihah merupakan surat yang memiliki kedudukan istimewa dalam Al-Qur’an, sehingga umat Islam diperintahkan oleh Allah SWT untuk membacanya setiap kali melaksanakan salat. Namun dalam keseharian umat Islam berbeda praktik dalam membaca surat Al-Fatihah ketika menjadi makmum dalam salat jahar. Sebagian mereka ada yang tetap membaca surat Al-Fatihah, sementara sebagian lagi tidak membacanya karena harus menyimak bacaan imam. Permasalahan ini telah melatarbelakangi penulis untuk meneliti hadis-hadis ahkam dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hukum membaca surat Fatihah bagi makmum dalam salat jahar menurut hadis-hadis ahkam maqbul yang relevan dengan tujuan dan hikmah persyaratan salat itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ilmu hadis dan usul fikih. Dalam pengumpulan data digunakan metode takhrij hadis dengan teknik penelusuran hadis melalui tema Al-Fatihah. Untuk menganalisis data ditempuh melalui dua tahapan, tahap pertama analisa terhadap dilalah hadis secara parsial dengan menggunakan metode pemahaman tekstual dan konstektual, tahap kedua analisa terhadap hadis secara kolektif dengan menggunakan metode, al-Jam’u Wa al-Taufiq, Takhshis, Tarjih, Maqashid al-Syari’ah dan Hikmah al-Tasyri’. Likewise, Allah SWT has sent Musa a.s and Harun a.s to the Israel generation and the Qibthi who inhabited Egypt. In carrying out his da'wah, Moses or Musa a.s had prayed for Allah SWT to make Harun a.s. be appointed as a prophet and then Allah SWT granted. So Allah SWT gave him the advantage of eloquence in speech and brilliance in thinking so that he could help Musa a.s. in his da'wah. This short article will specifically discuss the story of the Prophet Harun a.s as narrated in the Qur'an. ABSTRAKAllah SWT telah menginformasikan melalui Al-Qur'an banyak kisah orang-orang terdahulu, baik itu kisah orang-orang yang taat kepada Allah SWT maupun kisah orang-orang yang tidak taat. Bagi setiap umat, Allah SWT telah mengutus para nabi dan rasul untuk berdakwah agar selalu taat kepada Allah SWT. Demikian juga Allah SWT telah mengutus Musa a.s dan Harun a.s kepada generasi Israel dan Qibthi yang mendiami Mesir. Dalam menjalankan dakwahnya, Musa atau Musa a.s telah berdoa kepada Allah SWT agar Harun a.s. diangkat menjadi nabi dan kemudian dikabulkan Allah SWT. Using the Tahlili Tafsir Method with the tafsir bir-ra’yi (diroyah), this research results in the concept of character building leadership of Islamic educational institutions through the Surah 'Abasa verses 1-10, among others, the first verse shows the importance of the dimensions of performance and appearance of a leader, the second verse shows the dimensions of social status.
