Hadith was sourced from an interpretation of the practices of the deeds, words, and actions of Rasulullah SAW, as well as the application of Islamic teachings that are carried out in a factual and ideal manner. Muslims are expected to follow, apply, and practice it in their daily lives. Life needs humour; even humour and laughter are human nature that God has destined for humans. Humour is permissible in Islam; many texts of the Qur'an and Hadith allow it, and even the Prophet himself often joked and laughed with his companions. However, the book is read and analyzed by groups other than Shi'a scholars. Sunni scholars, too, use this tafsir book to help them understand the verses of the Quran. This article will explore the factors that make al-Mizan's interpretation accepted by Sunni scholars and examine the characteristics of the book of Tafsir al-Mizan, such as the method of interpretation, the style of interpretation, and the scholars of interpretation. This study showed that the interpreter is an adherent of the Shi'a Itsna Ashariah scholars, so some of his interpretations tend toward Shi'a thought in certain matters, such as the issue of the imamate. However, in general, this interpretation is not only a reference for adherents and the Shi'a scholars but is also used as reading material by Muslims of the Sunni scholars. The specialty of the interpretation lies in the strength of the interpreter who displays it, which is primarily derived from the Qur'an itself. As a scholar with a great soul, he took many sources of interpretation from previous books of tafsir, even from scholars other than Shi'a. To better understand the content and meaning of the Qur'an, a study of the interpretation of the Qur'an is very necessary in order to know the message of Allah behind the texts. The study of the Qur'an actually always experiences a fairly dynamic development, along with the development of socio-cultural conditions and human civilization. This is evidenced by the emergence of works of interpretation, ranging from classical to contemporary, with various styles, methods and approaches used. Bint ash-Syati' is the first female interpreter to live in contemporary times, through language interpretation with a philological and literary approach, which she initiated tries to apply examples of interpretation and apply them in people's lives. It is hoped that the study of the interpretation model will be able to provide a sharper and more specific picture of the method model in question. ABSTRAK Al-Qur’an dalam Islam merupakan petunjuk Allah kepada seluruh manusia di segala zaman dan seluruh dunia yang isinya harus dipahami dan diamalkan. Untuk lebih memahami isi dan makna Al-Qur’an, kajian tafsir Al-Qur’an sangat diperlukan guna mengetahui pesan Allah di balik teks-teksnya. Kajian Al-Qur’an sebenarnya selalu mengalami perkembangan yang cukup dinamis, seiring dengan perkembangan kondisi sosial-budaya dan peradaban manusia. Hal ini terbukti dengan munculnya karya-karya tafsir, mulai dari yang klasik sampai kontemporer, dengan berbagai corak, metode dan pendekatan yang digunakan. Bint asy-Syati’ adalah penafsir perempuan pertama yang hidup di zaman kontemporer, melalui penafsiran bahasa dengan pendekatan filologi dan sastra yang digagasnya mencoba mengaplikasikan contoh-contoh penafsiran dan mengaplikasikan dalam kehidupan masyarakat. The city has a number one position internationally. Since its founding, the Byzantines have made it the capital of their country. Therefore, Muhammad Al-fatih tried to be able to conquer Constantinople in order to realize the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad \"Really, Constantinople will be conquered under the leadership of men, so the best leader is the leader (who conquers) it, and the best troops is the army (which conquered it). The efforts made by Muhammad Al-fatih in conquering the city have been designed in such a way. So that his political strategy in conquering Constantine could run well, until finally he succeeded in conquering the dream city. There are three things that gave rise to a great desire for the heroes of ancient Islam to conquer Constantinople. First, because of the encouragement of faith in Allah which was encouraged by the hadith of the Prophet SAW. Second, because for hundreds of years the city of Constantinople was the center of the splendor of the Romans. Third, because of the beauty of the country and its very strategic location, the connection between two major continents, Europe and Asia.ABSTRAKKonstantinopel merupakan kota terpenting di dunia, tempat ini didirikan pada tahun 330 M oleh kaisar Bizantium, Constantine I. Kota ini memiliki posisi nomor satu secara internasional. Sejak didirikan, orang-rang Bizantium telah menjadikannya sebagai ibu kota negara mereka. Oleh karena itu, Muhammad Al-fatih berusaha untuk dapat menaklukkan Konstantinopel dalam rangka merealisasikan hadist Rasulullah Saw “Sungguh, Konstantinopel akan ditaklukkan di bawah kepemimpinan laki-laki, maka sebaik-baiknya pemimpin adalah pemimpin (yang menaklukkannya), dan sebaik-baiknya pasukan adalah pasukan (yang menaklukkannya) itu”. Usaha yang dilakukan Muhammad Al-fatih dalam menaklukkan kota tersebut telah ia rancang sedemikian rupa. Sehingga strategi politiknya dalam menaklukkan Konstantinopel dapat berjalan dengan baik, hingga akhirnya ia berhasil menaklukkan kota idaman tersebut. Ada tiga hal yang menimbulkan keinginan besar bagi pahlawan- pahlawan Islam zaman dahulu untuk menaklukkan Konstantinopel. Pertama, karena dorongan iman kepada Allah yang disemangatkan oleh hadist Nabi SAW. Kedua, karena beratus tahun lamanya Kota Konstantinopel menjadi pusat kemegahan Bangsa Romawi. Ibad means servant, in the Qur'an it is usually indicated for those who believe, those who obey the commands of Allah and His Messenger. While arrahman means the most merciful. So, ‘Ibadurrahman is a servant of Allah who was given honor by Allah as a most merciful servant. This research is entitled ‘Ibadurrahman in the perspective of the Koran Al-Quran by using a hermeneutics approach (tafsir maudhu'i). The steps taken in this approach are collecting verses with the theme of ‘Ibadurrahman in the Al-Quran, then also collecting hadiths on the theme of ‘Ibadurrahman criteria, and also using several dictionaries which are used as tools to find an etymological understanding of Ibadurrahman's criteria. The purpose of this research is to know the criteria of Ibadurrahman in the Al-Quran. The result of this research is that it is found that there are ten criteria from ‘Ibadurrahman.ABSTRAK‘Ibadurrahman adalah ungkapan dalam bahasa Arab yang terdiri dari 2 kata yaitu Ibad dan ar-Rahman. Ibad artinya hamba, dalam al-Qur'an biasa ditunjukkan untuk orang-orang yang beriman, orang-orang yang ta'at kepada perintah Allah dan Rasul-Nya. Sedangkan ar-Rahman artinya yang maha pengasih. Jadi, ‘Ibadurrahman adalah hamba Allah yang diberi kemulian oleh Allah sebagai hamba yang maha penyayang. Penelitian ini berjudul ‘Ibadurrahman dalam Perspektif Al-Quran penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutics (tafsir maudhu’i). Adapun langkah-langkah yang ditempuh dalam pendekatan ini yaitu mengumpulkan ayat-ayat yang bertemakan ‘Ibadurrahman di dalam al-Qur’an, kemudian juga mengumpulkan hadist-hadist yang bertemakan kriteria ‘Ibadurrahman, dan juga menggunakan beberapa kamus yang dijadikan alat untuk menemukan pemahaman kriteria ‘Ibadurrahman secara etimologi. Islah comes from the word Ashlaha-yushlihu-ishlahan, which means repair, safety and peace. Islah according to the Qur'an is a person who always reads the Qur'an, remembrance and prayer in the quiet night. Performing islah is doing good deeds in a calm manner and state that can benefit oneself and others. Like the state of a person doing night prayers, it is a reform that is very beneficial to himself and gives good to others, because it can prevent evil deeds and provide good for safety and peace. So something can be seen as reform if it serves to bring value and benefits. On the other hand, acts that cause harm are not called reforms. Thus, the measure of a good or bad charity lies in the value of the benefits or harms it contains. Islah adalah suatu term yang terdapat dalam al-Qur’an dan hadis rasulullah saw. Islah berasal dari kata Ashlaha-yushlihu-ishlahan, yang artinya perbaikan, keselamatan dan perdamaian. Islah menurut al-Qur’an adalah orang yang senatiasa membaca al-Qur’an, zikir dan shalat di waktu malam yang tenang. Melaksanakan islah adalah melakukan perbuatan yang baik dengan cara dan keadaan tenang yang dapat memberi manfaat pada dirinya dan orang lain. Seperti keadaan seseorang mengerjakan shalat malam, adalah suatu islah yang sangat bermanfaat kepada dirinya dan memberi kebaikan kepada orang lain, karena dapat mencegah perbuatan mungkar dan memberikan kebaikan untuk keselamatan dan perdamaian. Maka sesuatu dapat dipandang sebagai islah jika ia berfungsi mendatangkan nilai manfaat. Sebaliknya, perbuatan yang menimbulkan mudarat, tidak dinamakan islah. This paper aims to build objectivity of thinking in understanding hadith, so as not to fall into a radical and liberal understanding. With this, the researcher explores the hermeneutics of hadith as construction in religious moderation thinking. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. By taking reference sources from books, and scientific articles related to hadith hermeneutics using Google Sholar and other websites. The data analysis technique is reading, critically analyzing and drawing conclusions. The findings in this study show that hadith hermeneutics can be positioned as a construct of religious moderation thinking because in hadith hermeneutics there is critical thinking, comprehensive thinking and comparative thinking. These three thoughts are the urgency in understanding the arguments in the midst of religious communities, between religions and nations. ABSTRAKKonflik suatu agama secara fundamental disebabkan oleh pemahaman dan persepsi. Tulisan ini bertujuan membangun objektivitas berpikir dalam memahami hadis, agar tidak terjerumus kepada pemahaman radikal dan liberal. Dengan ini, peneliti mengeksplorasi hermeneutika hadis sebagai konstruksi dalam pemikiran moderasi beragama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan mengambil sumber referensi dari buku, artikel ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan hermeneutika hadis dengan menggunakan Google Sholar dan web lainnya. Teknik analis data yakni, adalah membaca, menganalisis secara kritis dan menarik kesimpulan. Adapun hasil temuan pada penelitian ini, bahwa hermeneutika hadis bisa diposisikan sebagai konstruksi pemikiran moderasi beragama, karena dalam hermeneutika hadis terdapat berpikir kritis, berpikir secara komprehensif dan berpikir secara komparatif. This discipline of knowledge is based on law either in terms of tajwid or the form of recitation. The main focus of this study is to analyze the manhaj ilmu dabt found in surah al-Baqarah in the manuscript al-Quran MSS 4322 collection of the National Library of Malaysia. Manuscript al-Quran MSS 4322 is a handwritten al-Quran manuscript by Pangeran Jimat in Madura, Indonesia. Pangeran Jimat was a sultan who ruled Madura in the 17th century AD. This study was conducted through a philological approach. The method used during this study is the method of data collection through documentation method by analyzing the text of the Qur'an MSS 4322. The findings show that analysis of dabt knowledge in the manuscript of al-Quran MSS 4322 clearly shows the writing of dabt manuscript al- Quran MSS 4322 does not follow the actual method of dabt knowledge such as the complete harakat, tanwin, mad, sabdu, sukun and hamzah, but is more in line with the normal writing pattern. The findings show, the author submits a proposal so that this study can be done continuously on other surah especially aspect dabt Therefore, this manuscript of the Qur'an is a great manuscript that will enhance the dignity and writings of previous scholars academically and more authoritatively to the digital generation, especially in the field of the Qur'an.ABSTRAKDabt dijelaskan oleh Muhammad Salim Muhaysin sebagai suatu disiplin ilmu yang berkaitan dengan metode penandaan huruf-huruf Al-Qur'an. Disiplin ilmu ini berlandaskan hukum baik dari segi tajwid maupun bentuk tajwidnya. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis manhaj ilmu dabt yang terdapat dalam surah al-Baqarah dalam manuskrip al-Quran MSS 4322 koleksi Perpustakaan Negara Malaysia. Naskah Al-Quran MSS 4322 adalah naskah Al-Quran tulisan tangan oleh Pangeran Jimat di Madura, Indonesia. Pangeran Jimat adalah seorang sultan yang memerintah Madura pada abad ke-17 Masehi. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan filologis. Metode yang digunakan selama penelitian ini adalah metode pengumpulan data melalui metode dokumentasi dengan menganalisis teks Al-Qur'an MSS 4322. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada analisis pengetahuan dabt dalam naskah al-Quran MSS 4322 jelas menunjukkan penulisan dabt mushaf al-Quran MSS 4322 tidak mengikuti metode pengetahuan dabt yang sebenarnya seperti harakat lengkap, tanwin, mad, sabdu, sukun dan hamzah, tetapi lebih sesuai dengan pola penulisan normal. Sebagai hasil dari temuan penelitian ini, penulis mengajukan proposal agar penelitian ini dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan pada surah-surah Al-Qur'an lainnya di Perpustakaan Negara Malaysia yang belum dikaji secara komprehensif yang berasal dari dunia Melayu. When the movement for the study of Sunnah in one area declines due to various factors, then other parts of the region will immediately rise to shine brightly in other areas.
