This qualitative research seeks to better understand Imam Abu Jaafar at-Thabari's thoughts by conducting library research and collecting data from various literatures. The results of the study prove that Imam Abu Jaafar at-Thabari and his interpretation book, Jami` al-Bayan: Verses of Qur’an Interpretation, can be a major foothold in the development of Al-Qur'an interpretation throughout the world. In terms of method, he prioritizes the interpretation of bil ma'tsur because it is more postulated and precise in uncovering the secrets of the contents of the Qur'an. This paper uses the countenance analysis method, which analyzes the meaning of Surah Thaha, verse 44, of the Qur'an using the theory of persuasive da'wah. The results showed that the Al-Quran Surah Thaha, verse 44, reveals the story of Prophet Moses and Prophet Aaron preaching to Pharaoh in a gentle way even though Pharaoh knew that he was a despotic king and disobeyed Allah. The term \"qaulan layyina\" has a meaning that is gentle, pleasant to hear, touches the heart, and reassures the mind. The study of naskh has become increasingly important, not only in ulumul Qur'an but also extending to other Shari'ah disciplines, including the science of ushul fiqh, which concentrates on the discovery of legal arguments and methods of istinbath Shari'ah law. This article argues for the importance of reviewing the study of naskh by placing maqashid scales as a parameter on the fulfillment of benefits and harms, especially with regard to the classification of naskh and the distribution of examples. The author uses the literature study method in this research by referring to motherbooks in classical ulumul Qur'an studies as well as various contemporary references, including recent scientific journal articles, in order to discuss the issue of the concept of naskh in the review of fiqh maqashid studies and debate the long-circulating shubhat views surrounding the study of naskh. The results of the study show that the division of the kinds of naskh by rasm and tilawah as narrated in 'ulumul Qur'an into three forms - according to the review of Fiqh Maqashid - is unacceptable, because it opens the door to doubt and even skepticism about the Book of Allah, therefore such a model of naskh division must be rejected to realize a greater and greater benefit in maintaining this religion and maintaining the sanctity and authenticity of the Qur'an.يهتم هذا البحث المتواضع بموضوع النسخ ونقاش مفهومه في دراسة علوم القرآن من منظور الفقه المقاصدي. تصبح دراسة النسخ ذات أهمية قصوى ليست فقط في علوم القرآن بمعرفة المقدم والمؤخر من آيات القرآن المنزلة، بل تتوسع إلى العلوم الشرعية، من بينها علم أصول الفقه الذي يعتني بالعثور على الأدلة وطريقة استنباط الأحكام الشرعية. يطرح هذا المقال إعادة النظر في دراسة مفهوم النسخ بوضع الاعتبار المقاصدي من حيث المصلحة والمفسدة، خاصة فيما يتعلق بتقسيمات النسخ وأمثلتها. يستخدم الباحث طريقة دراسات مكتبية في هذا المقال سواء أكانت من كتب التراث أو الكتب المعاصرة، من بينها النشرات العلمية، للنقاش عن هذا الموضوع من منظور الفقه المقاصدي وطرد الآراء المشبوهة حول دراسة النسخ. وتدل نتيجة البحث على أن تقسيمات النسخ كما هو مروي ومدعى في علوم القرآن حسب منظور الفقه المقاصدي لا يصح معناه أبدا، بل يفتح بابا للتشكيك في كتاب الله تعالى، ولذا لا يجوز قبوله لأجل المصلحة العظمى في حفظ الدين وحماية القرآن. However, it must be demonstrated not only through normative means as mentioned in its doctrine or history, but also by answering many contemporary challenges to the concept of equality between men and women today. It took almost four years to complete, from 1999 to 2002. This interpretation book has added a treasure of interpretation in the Archipelago. It needs to be examined because its author is an expert on interpretation in Indonesia. Besides, he is one of the contemporary scholars. Therefore, this study examines the author’s personality of al-Misbah interpretation book and examines its methodology in interpreting Qur’an, whether he uses the methodology of al-Ma'thur, al-Ra'y or al-Isyari in terms of sources the reference, or he uses the tahlili, al-muqarrin, al-Ijmali and al-Maudhu'i methods in terms of delivery. This article also seeks to ascertain the author's preferred method of interpretation, such as al-Fiqhi, al-adab al-Lughawi, al-adab al-Ijtima'i, etc. This study, which employs library technique, discovers that the al-Ma'thur and al-ra'yi methods, which are excellent for referencing, are used in this commentary book, whereas the tahlili method is used for delivery. It leans toward the interpretation of al-Adab al-Ijtima'i. This article aims to reveal the coherence of surah Al-Dzariyat questioned by Richard Bell, regarding the correlation between the verses in the surah. The method of analysing this surah is Semitic Rhetorical Analysis (SRA), utilising the verses’ symmetry explanations from Muslim scholars’ interpretations. This library research adopts descriptive and content analysis methods for analysing data. As the result of the study, surah adz-Dzariyat consists of two passages and seven parts in mirror construction based on Semitic Rhetoric principles. The relation between the verses shows their coherence and excellent verses order without jumpy arrangement. Several groups of verses which at first appeared to be irregular became to appear orderly and have a specific connection which can be understood through Semitic Rhetoric principles. This analysis strengthens the miracles of the Qur’an and refutes various opinions that doubt how good the order of the verses of the Qur’an is.","PeriodicalId":393241,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Al-Mu'ashirah","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132582531","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To understand the meaning contained therein, the Qur'an must be read well and correctly. Reading the Qur'an well and correctly is inseparable from the reading rules contained in the science of tajweed. In addition, the Prophet also recommended reading the Qur'an with a good and beautiful voice. Because one of the elements of the perfection of the Qur'an is reading it well and beautifully. In the current context, reading the Qur'an in a good and beautiful way can also be termed nagham Qur'an or known as the art of reading the Qur'an. But in this case, the term is not fully applied by Qur'an readers. This causes some Qur'anic readers to ignore the rules of Qur'anic recitation. Referring to these problems, nagham Qur'an and the history of its development presumably require a special study, with the focus of the study being on the meaning of nagham and the history of its development. The method used in explaining this study is a qualitative method with an analytical, descriptive approach. Based on the focus of the study, the term nagham has the same meaning as talhin and tarannum, namely, reading the Qur'an with a beautiful voice while still applying the rules of tajweed. Reading the Qur'an with nagham began with the Prophet Muhammad and has been carried on by his companions and subsequent generations.","PeriodicalId":393241,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Al-Mu'ashirah","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124278695","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This raises the question, \"What is the difference between these different expressions?\" The discussion in this paper employs the tafsir mawdhu'i method, with library research, to collect verses of the Qur'an that have the same meaning in the sense that they both discuss one topic of the problem. The data used are verses of the Qur'an, books of Tafsir, the Arabic Dictionary, Mu'jam, and secondary sources in the form of books by several scholars. Furthermore, the author provides information and explanations before concluding. The results of the study of the words are that the six words in question have meanings that are almost the same as one another but with different contexts and purposes. Takabburan is the arrogance of man towards Allah by not believing and bowing down to Allah. 'Uluwwan is the arrogance of man on earth, manifested by committing injustice. 'Marahan is being arrogant while walking, or walking with pride. The word mukhtālan is the same as delusion, the feeling that one has advantages (such as wealth) over others, turning one's face and cheeks away when talking to others.
