The most widely used professional and educational open-sourced platforms are listed, their differences are highlighted. The process of the virtual tour creation is decomposed. The economic efficiency of “virtual” consumption in the tourism industry is substantiated referring to the contemporary profile of a common traveller, namely during the period of economic recession (as proved by the statistics of international tourism indicators – the number of visits, the GDP impact and employment rates). The statistics of browsers' use worldwide and in Ukraine is given; the advantages of the HTML5 platform are grounded compared with the retired Flash technology (still used with the obsolete equipment). {"title":"Transformation of Queueing Systems into Systems with Time Delay","authors":"V. Tarasov","doi":"10.1109/PICST54195.2021.9772116","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/PICST54195.2021.9772116","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this work is to demonstrate the possibility of transforming conventional queuing systems by shifting the distribution laws by introducing the shift parameter into systems with time lag. This leads to qualitatively different systems of the G/G/1 type with completely different characteristics. The paper considers various queueing systems (QS) formed by such distributions as: exponential, hyperexponential, Erlang. In contrast to the classical theory, this article considers QS with distribution laws shifted to the right from the zero point. The article provides an overview of the author's results for the average waiting time in a queue in a closed form for systems with input distributions shifted to the right from the zero point. To obtain them, we used the method of spectral decomposition of the solution of the Lindley integral equation. The article presents the spectral decompositions of the solution of the Lindley integral equation for three systems out of sixteen possible and with their help formulas for calculating the average waiting time in the queue are derived. It is shown that in systems with delay, the average waiting time is much shorter than in conventional systems. The proposed approach makes it possible to calculate the average waiting time for these systems in mathematical packages for a wide range of changes in traffic parameters. The evaluation based on the representation of interrogation radar systems for observing airspace in the form of two-channel systems for transmitting information of interrogation signals and response signals. It is shown that the use of interrogation signals and response signals in the form of an interval-time and positional code leads to the need for a significant receiving path bandwidth expansion of both the aircraft transponder and the interrogating radar system as a whole. Data confidentiality ensuring by encryption has faced quantum computing threat, but this problem can be solved by using post-quantum cryptography and / or quantum cryptography (quantum key distribution). For cryptographic applications statistical properties of the generated pseudorandom sequences should not be differ from random sequences. To determine such properties a number of statistical testing methods are used, but they all are focused on the evaluation of binary sequences. In quantum cryptography there are some protocols with Q-trits (qutrits), but these sequences cannot be assessed effectively by binary statistic methods. From this position in the paper quality assessment approach for Q-trits pseudo random number generators and formed sequences was proposed. Also the experimental study of proposed approach (in comparison with NIST STS) was carried out. On the basis of the conducted researches the basic parameters which can be parsed from the required site of online store, namely absence or presence of the corresponding information are defined. An intelligent method for detecting fraudulent online stores has been developed, which allows automating the process of detecting fraudulent sites only by entering a link to the site. The method is implemented on the basis of machine learning classification methods: Logistic Regression (LR), Random Forest (RF), KNN, Naive Bayes (NB), Support Vector (SVM) and DecisionTree (DT). Also, each method of classification is modeled by different approaches, namely: Imbalanced; Undersampling; Oversampling; SMOTE; ADASYN. The realization of method is implemented on the basis of sites operating in Ukraine. There are 67 sites in the dataset, 45% of which are fraudulent.according to the results it turned out that the best simulation estimates are based on the DecisionTree by the approach ADASYN and Random Forest by the approach Oversampling. Negative differential resistance provided compensating losses in the oscillating circuit, which increased the signal output power, efficiency of the multipliers, as well as stability of their operation. Equivalent circuit has been developed, on its basis the operation of frequency multiplier in the modes of frequency doubling and tripling has been investigated. A mathematical model of frequency multipliers based on nonlinear and reactive properties of the transistor structures with negative resistance has been proposed.
