The disease caused by COVID-19 infection is special because it can persist for a long time as symptoms of anosmia and hyposmia without impaired nasal breathing and nasal obstruction. However, it suffers from two significant drawbacks: the lack of gain and the narrow bandwidth. This paper presents a low-profile antenna with a simple design and low cost, making it very suitable for array applications. An improvement in gain and bandwidth has been achieved. The antenna is designed using a substrate with a relative permittivity of 4.08, a thickness of 1.5 mm, and a coaxial feeding technique. Simulations are performed using the CST design tool. Methods of reducing the cost of transport costs for conveyor systems are considered. The perspectives of using the energy management methodology as a tool to reduce the cost of energy are shown. Comparative analysis of energy management tariffs has been carried out. The problem of synthesizing stepwise speed regulation is formulated taking into account the tariffs for energy management. The criterion of quality for an estimate of the effectiveness of the transition to the TOU-tariff, differential links and restrictions on control is written. The Hamilton function for the transport system was determined, on the basis of which the synthesis of an algorithm for step regulation of the conveyor belt speed was performed. To construct differential relations an analytical PDE - model of the conveyor section was used, taking into account the transport delay of the material. The efficiency of the transition was assessed and qualitative comparative analysis of TOU-tariffs was carried out based on the speed regulation algorithm. In recent papers on software-defined networks, the problem of providing quality of service was not studied in detail. Working with queues, limiting the rate of flows, marking the exceeding of thresholds is available in most modern devices working with the OpenFlow protocol. The paper presents infocommunications as an evolving expansion of telecommunications with information processing and content management functions. A mathematical model of a real-world problem of determining the speed and quality of the information transmission within infocommunication systems is presented. It has the form of a multicriteria Euclidean combinatorial optimization problem. Approaches to the problem solution such as the Branch and Bound method, graph methods such as the directed structuring are recommended. As a result of researching the activities of eleven well-known companies, we identified filed and active trademarks, patent applications, and copyright certificates. A qualitative analysis of the documents showed that, with a significant preference for patents, companies are not too interested in registering copyright, despite the fact that every four out of five inventions implement information and communication technologies and services and are carried out using software developments, which is copyright according to various national and international regulations. While patent protection has significant advantages, software algorithms can be more comprehensively protected with additional tools. If we take as a basis the features of the frequency spectrum of the Fourier speech signal, then the task is equivalent to the construction of a set of band wavelet filters. One way to achieve adaptability is to keep in mind that compact wavelet filter media is directly dependent on, where is the information we need in the spectrum of the speech signal, that is, the larger amplitudes of the Fourier spectrum carry more important information to restore function, and hence for speech intelligibility, and small amplitudes are less important. The prerequisites and positive aspects, as well as the limiting factors of using phased antenna arrays for this purpose, are considered. Relatively simple methods of increasing the signal level at the receiving point are proposed based on: accelerating metal-plate lens (MPL); ring directors; the location of the vibrator emitters of the router combined in terms of polarization. The results of several experimental studies on the use of MPL to increase the signal level in the direction of a remote subscriber of the Wi-Fi system, carried out by the authors using the developed software and hardware, are presented. The data on the influence of MPL on the data transfer rate, the spatial distribution of the router field in the azimuthal and elevation planes, and polarization, as well as on the frequency spectrum of the received signal are presented.
